Abstract
Une prothèse de valvule cardiaque a une structure annulaire (9) dans laquelle est monté un élément (10) de fermeture en forme de disque ayant un axe (O-O') de rotation excentrique de la position fermée à la position ouverte, et actionné vers l'arrière à l'aide d'un moyen (11) de rotation. Ce dernier comprend deux chevilles (15) de support dotées de surfaces (16) à cames destinées à mettre en rotation l'élément (10) de fermeture de sa position ouverte à la position fermée, ainsi qu'une partie (21) de support agissant mutuellement avec ledit élément (10) de fermeture dans sa position fermée, et reliée à ladite structure (1) au moyen de pièces transversales (25). Chacune desdites pièces transversales (25) comporte une autre partie (26) de support agissant mutuellement avec l'élément (10) de fermeture dans sa position fermée. Les vecteurs (R21 et R26) de forces de réaction naissant sur les parties (21 et 26) de support ont le même sens opposé au vecteur de la force (F14) résultante de la tête de l'écoulement sanguin appliquée au centre (23) de la masse. Le point d'appui des forces réactionnelles (R21 et R26) est situé dans un et même plan et équilibre la force (F14) résultante de la tête de l'écoulement.
