Abstract

On peut isoler un facteur d'autocrine de kératinocyte (FAK) à partir de kératinocyte humain, lequel constitue un mitogène efficace et sélectif à l'égard de kératinocytes en comparaison des fibroblastes. L'invention concerne des procédés de purification de FAK à l'aide de glycosaminoglycans sulfatés, des procédés d'inhibition de l'effet du FAK à l'aide de glycosaminoglycans sulfatés ainsi que des procédés de titrage de stimulateurs et d'inhibiteurs de l'activité et de la production du FAK.
