Abstract

L'invention concerne une 4-(N-benzyle-N-méthylamino)pyridine à support polymère réticulée, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant sa préparation à haut rendement, et présentant des propriétés physiques et catalytiques efficaces. Le catalyseur à support polymère est caractérisé par la copolymérisation en suspension d'une phase organique contenant le monomère de pyridine à substitution de vinyle correspondant, un monomère de styrène, ainsi qu'un agent réticulant adéquat et un catalyseur producteur de radicaux en présence d'une phase aqueuse contenant un dérivé d'éther de cellulose comme agent stabilisant. L'invention concerne en outre un sel acide purifié du monomère de pyridine à substitution de vinyle utile dans des polymérisations et stable en stockage soit comme solution soit comme solution aqueuse.
