Definitions
- the invention relates to a pharmaceutical which is predominantly and preferably composed exclusively of comminuted plant components and minerals.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a pharmaceutical of the type mentioned at the outset which has improved therapeutic properties. is tolerated better and is particularly suitable for the therapy of abdominal inflammation, especially of women, for example premenstrual syndrome, ureter inflammation, kidney inflammation and other weaknesses of the immune system (antiseptic system) in the lower abdomen.
- Trichosante radix in the form of an infusion or tea has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
- Trichosantes is used in the pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of pelvic inflammation.
- Pelvic inflammation is mainly caused by venereal diseases, such as infection with gonorrhea and chlamydia.
- Pelvic inflammation is also one of the most common causes of infertility in women.
- the active components of Trichosantes are known as Cucurbitacine, they are common to the family to which Trichosantes belongs, namely the Cucurbitaceae.
- Tribulus radix has been used in pharmaceutical preparation to improve and support the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of Trichosantes.
- This ingredient also has diuretic properties.
- the combination of diuretic and antiseptic properties makes this ingredient suitable in the pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of urinary tract infections, which are a common complication in venereal diseases of women.
- Polygonum herba has its application in the pharmaceutical according to the invention due to the diuretic (diuretic) coupled with anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic properties.
- Taraxacum radix has similar therapeutic properties to Polygonum and is used in pharmaceuticals to support the biological effects of Polygonum.
- the decisive effect and the therapeutic effect of the pharmaceutical are achieved by the special combination of its four components.
- the pharmaceutical is recommended for the treatment of premenstrual syndromes, whereby this condition is characterized by three groups of symptoms:
- the pharmaceutical according to the invention has proven particularly successful in combating and alleviating symptom groups 1 and 2.
- An even more important application of the pharmaceutical according to the invention lies in the prevention of complications which can arise from venereal diseases, in particular infertility.
- the current, modern therapy for venereal diseases uses antibiotics which, although they fight the infection, are not effective in treating inflammation which can influence and destroy the normal anatomical conditions in the reproductive apparatus of women.
- the pharmaceutical according to the invention should be used in combination with antibiotic treatment for anti-inflammatory and antiseptic therapy.
- the pharmaceutical is taken orally.
- the active ingredients are available in high oophatic dosage.
- the four constituents mentioned, Trichosantes palmata, Polygonum aviculare, Tribulus terrestris and Tara ⁇ xacum officinale (dandelion) are present in a weight ratio of 30: 30: 30: 10.
- the completely dry plant constituents are crushed into powder and either compressed to tablets at a sufficiently high pressure or filled into a waterproof infusion bag, which e.g. is made from a filter paper.
- the tablets do not have a coating or any other protective cover, they have sufficient mechanical stability due to their compression and, if necessary, the addition of a binder (such as gum arabic or PVP). They are therefore suitable, for example, for blister packs in which the tablet has to be pressed through an aluminum foil in order to access it.
- a binder such as gum arabic or PVP
- the tablet Since the tablet has no coating, one can experience the typical taste of the four plant components when ingested. As a result, the therapeutic effect begins in the mouth, the patient is consciously adjusted to the therapeutic effect by the taste of the pharmaceutical.
- an herbal tea is brewed from the plant-based ingredients, which is consumed hot (or at least warm) (drunk).
- one gram of the dry, powder-fine (grain size 0.025 to 0.035 mm) mixture is poured into a small infusion bag and sealed.
- the contents of the bag are brewed (leached out) in boiling water, the cooking time (with gentle cooking) is determined either by means of a clock or by letting the amount of water used evaporate to 1/3.
- a suitable vessel for example made of heat-resistant glass
- two fill lines is advantageous, an upper fill line indicating the volume of 3 cups and the lower fill line indicating the volume of a cup.
- Such a herbal tea can also be made from a tablet, leaving only a residue of brewed herbs in the container. This sentence is separated or filtered. The brew (herbal tea) is drunk warm or hot.
- a Einrar ⁇ mtablette which is to be taken orally, or a corresponding infusion bag filling for the preparation of a tea has the following composition:
