Abstract

Un appareil de drainage de boue est constitué par une presse à filtre comportant une chambre de presse en forme d'anneau (2) couplée à une pompe à piston (14) qui achemine la boue depuis un réservoir vers une chambre antérieure (13), laquelle communique avec la chambre de presse (2). Un piston de presse à mouvement alternatif (5) placé dans la chambre de presse (2) avance pour comprimer la boue et lors du retour ouvre un passage allant de la chambre antérieure (13) à la chambre de presse (2). La pompe à pñston (14) est couplée au piston (5, 11) de la presse, de sorte que la pompe (14) achemine la boue dans la chambre antérieure (13) à chaque mouvement de retour du piston (5) de la presse. La chambre de presse (2) est entourée par des parois de filtre cylindriques (3, 4) et est fermée au sommet de la presse au moyen d'un couvercle amovible (6), lequel peut être retiré par déplacement parallèle dans la direction de l'axe central de la chambre de presse au moyen d'un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture. Un drain (10) pour le liquide conduit jusqu'au fond de la chambre (8) dans le cylindre de filtre intérieur (3). Le piston (5) de la presse est mû par un mécanisme hydraulique.
