本発明は健康に有益な効果を有する薬用タバコに関する。
背 景 技 術
従来、 タバコは葉巻き、 紙巻きタバコ、 きざみタバコなどに見られる如く 、 煙草葉と香料からなるもので、 薬甩効果のあるものは含まれていなかった 。 そのため、 単にニコチン、 タールがタバコの煙中に含まれているだけで、 健康に害になるものとされ、 そのニコチン、 タールの量を減らすために、 紙 巻きタバコではフィルタ一を付けるなどの手段が講じられているだけであつ た。 このように従来のタバコは、 健康に有害な物質のみで構成されていて健 康に悪いという弊害のみが注目の的となり、 し好品として精神的な安定を得 られるにもかかわらず、 悪徳視されるという問題点があった。
発 明 の 開 示
本発明は、 上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、 本来タバコが喫煙され るものである点に注目し、 喫煙時に健康に有益で、 薬事効果のあるものを同 時に吸い込めば健康にも有益となる点に気付き、 従来考えも及ばなかったタ パコの盲点をついて、 漢方薬、 民間薬として知られている健康に有益で加熱 により化学変化をきたして煙状で、 薬用効果のある薬草の 1種以上または Z およびその薬草より製した成分を舍浸した物質例えば煙草葉と本来のタバコ の原料である煙草葉とを、 混合してタパコを形成することにより、 タバコ本 来の成分を変えずに上記目的を達成したものである。

発 明 を 実 施 す る た め の 最 良 の 形 態 図には、 本発明に係る 1実施例である紙巻きタバコの一部切断図とした正面 図が示してある。 タバコ 1は、 紙巻き部 2とフィルタ一 3 とで形成してあり、 紙巻き部 2の內部には煙草葉 4と切りきざんだ薬草 5 とを混合して封入してあ る。 薬草は、 加熱により化学反応を起こして煙になって、 健康に有益で、 薬用 効果のあるものであればよく、 いわゆる漢方薬、 民間薬として知られている薬 草、 例えばア ト口ピンを舍むロート根あるいは、 ヒヨスであってこれらは心臓 疾患、 高血圧等に好影響を与える。 煙草葉と薬草を混合する手段としては、 周 知の物の混合手段、 例えば薬草を細かく切りきざんだ状態、 または粉未とした 状態で混合する。
また薬草を直接混合しない場合は、 薬草を絞ったりして製した液体を煙草葉 に含浸させたものを混合する。 なお、 薬草から製した液体を煙草葉に含浸させ た煙草葉のみで、 タパコを構成してもよくまた、 薬用タパコは、 上記 (^紙巻き タバコの他に葉巻き、 きざみタバコとしてもよいことは勿論である。
産 業 上 の 利 用 可 能 性
本発明は、 煙に薬甩効果のある薬草 1種以上と普通の煙草葉とを混合して、 タパコを形成してあるので、 タパコを喫煙した湯合、 煙草葉で形成したタバコ としての喫煙による本来の目的が達成されると共に薬草による薬用効果が得ら れ、 特に煙となって薬用成分が吸入されるので、 肺、 血液、 呼吸気管、 冒に吸 収されて、 健康、 治療に有効であり、 また混合手段も従来知られている手段を 用いればよいので、 その製造も簡単にできるという効果を奏する。 また薬草か ら製した液体を物質、 例えば煙草葉に含浸させればよいので、 簡単に薬用タバ コを製造することができる。
