  • the measuring memory For each millimeter stroke one puts the measuring memory on thereby the correct millimeter figure is encircled in the mea suring memory hole. It is also possible to put a measuring memory on a millimeter stroke wholly at starting point from when the right figure is seen in the hole, if one from the beginning has a given measure. If one alternatively uses the right longitudinal edge of the measuring memory as a measuring edge the figures instead have to be arranged to the left from the millimeter strokes. One can also on the ruler arrange two rows of millimeter figures, whence one row is arranged to the right from the strokes and one row is arranged to the left from the strokes.
  • These two rows can be used to one (or more) left- and right longitudinal edges of wide-formed front measuring memories, in which case every measuring memory is t ⁇ be arranged with two holes, one upper hole for the upper row and one lower hole for the lower row.
  • the two rows also can be used for inner longitudinal edges of two wide-formed measuring memories (front or back measuring memory), in which case one measuring memory is arranged with a hole for the upper row and the other measuring memory is arranged with a hole for the lower row.
  • Each measuring memory hole can be supplied with an approximately 1 mm thick enlargement glass, in the size of a date showing glass of a date watch, which enlarges the figures.

Abstract

Regle avec une ou plusieurs memoires de mesure deplacables, la regle (1; 25; 2, 5, 26) consistant en des moyens de pieces inferieures oblongues (2; 2, 2a) et par dessus des moyens de pieces superieures oblongues (3a, b; 3a, b, c; 3c) et entre les deux dans les cotes courts, des moyens de pieces rapportees courtes (4a, b; 4a, b, c, d; 4c, b), qui sont jointes a celles-ci, et entre ces moyens de parties inferieures (2, 2, 2a) et ces moyens de parties superieures (3a, b; 3a, b, c; 3c), des moyens de pieces rapportees longitudinales (5, 6, 5) ont ete disposes, de maniere a former une ou plusieurs chambres superieures (10; 10, 27; 27) dans la regle (1; 25; 2, 5, 26). Dans la chambre (10; 27) ou chambres (10, 27) se trouvent une ou plusieurs memoires l'aide de leur moyen de deplacement (18; 18, 33; 33), au travers d'une ou de plusieurs ouvertures longitudinales (11; 11, 31; 31) de la ou des chambres (10; 10, 27; 27) pour leur deplacement dans la chambre (10; 27) ou chambres (10, 27) le long d'un ou plusieurs chemins (12; 12, 30; 30) de la chambre ou des chambres (10; 10, 27; 27). Par consequent il est possible de laisser trainer la main sur la partie superieure de la regle (1; 25; 2, 5, 26), lorsque l'on s'en sert pour mesurer, sans que la memoire de mesure (13; 32) ou memoires de mesure enfermees et rapportees (13, 32) soient deplacees involontairement.
