DESIGN FOR A ROOT-FULLER FRAME.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,200, dated February Application filed Ja uary 17, 1899. Serial No. 702,463. Term of patent 14 years.
To aZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that we, ROBERT F. \VALL, a citizen of the United States, and FRED LEM- IEUX, a subject of the Queen of Great Britain, (but having declared my intention of becomin g a citizen of the United States,) both residing at Menominee, in the county of Menominee and State of Michigan, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for a Root-Puller Frame; and we do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it apperlains to make and use the same.
Our invention relates to a new and original design for a root-puller frame, the same beiug illustrated in the accompanying drawing, which shows a perspective view thereof.
The leading feature of the design consists, in brief, of a pair of slightly-curved divergent arms united at one end into an apparentlysolid portion which is curved upward and backward upon itself. At the opposite endsthat is, the diverging ends-of said arms a pair of substantially straight and slightlydivergent arms extend therefrom in one direction at an obtuse angle, while a pair of curved pointed arms extend therefrom in the opposite direction.
A A represent the straight divergent arms, united at one end into the apparently-solid portion A, which is generally rounded and which is curved over upon itself at a. B 1; represent the pair of substantially straight divergent arms, extending at an obtuse angle from the rear of said pair of arms A A; and O 0 represent the pair of curved pointed arms, which also extend from the rear ends of the arms A A and turn forwardly toward said arms A A.
\Vhat we claim is- The design for a root-puller frame, substantially as herein shown and described.
