SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 31,596, dated October 3, 1899.

Be it known that 1, JAMES W. BROWN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Shady Grove, in the county of Upsher and State of Texas, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Plow-Handles, of which the following is a specification, reference be ing had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the drawings, Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a plow-handle embodying my design, and Fig. 2 shows a section on line 2 2 of Fig. 1.
