DESIGN FOR A TRADE-MARK.
The Schedule referred to in these Letter: Patent and making part of the lame.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, GEORGE O. Tmnnmns, of the city of Cape Girardeau, in the county of Cape Girardean, and State of Missouri, have originated and designed a new Design for a. Trade-Mark, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, making part of this specification.
The words Cape Oity Mills, Cape Gimrdeau, Mo., are in a. circle of fourteen inches in diameter, the letters composing Oape OityMills being oneand five-eighths ofa u inch, and the letters composing the words Oape Girardenu, Me, being thirteen-sixteenths of an inch.
In the centre of this circle is the following inscription, Ohoice 196 XXX Family Flour, underneath which are two arrow-heads reversed, pointing to the right and left, with ball between them, underneath which is the name G. 0. Thilenius.
WhatI claim as my invention, and desire to se cure by Letteis Patent, is-
