DESIGN FOR A WALL-TIE.

SPECIFICATION forming part Of Design NO. 34,443, dated April 30, 1901.

To all whom, it may concern:

Be it known that 1, CHARLES P. RUTTY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Wall-Ties, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

This design relates to the shape or configuration of wall-ties, as represented in the accompanying drawing, which is a perspective view of a wall-tie embodying my design.

The leading feature of my design consists of a straight bar or strip having rectangular heads at both ends and intermediate heads which are arranged between the end heads and the middle of said bar, said heads being provided on their inner edges with upwardly= projecting barbs or lips.

Referring to the accompanying drawing, A represents the straight bar or strip; b, the rectangular end heads formed at both ends of said bar; a, the intermediate heads formed between the end heads and the middle of said bar, and d the upwardly-projecting barbs or lips formed on the inner edges of the heads.

What I claim is The design for a wall-tie, substantially as herein shown and described.
