DESIGN FOR A GLOVE-FASTENER SOCKET.

Be it known that I, EDWIN J. KRAETZER, citizen of the United States, residing at Gloversville, in the county of Fulton and State Vof New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Glove-Fastener Sockets, of which the following is a full specication.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is a plan view of a socket embodying my design,

looking up from beneath;and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.

The leading feature of my design consists in a socket the general shape of which is a symmetrical hollow oblate spheroid having open-work, as hereinafter described, at the top and bottom and along the sides and divided from beneath into three wings.

A is the socket, made in the shape of a hollow oblate spheroid and having the circular openings c b at the top and bottom, respectively. At regular intervals along the sides are made three openings e, communicating at the bottom by slits e with the circular opening b, and thus dividing the socket into three regular and symmetrical wings, in the middle of each of which is made the opening f, of similar size and shape to the openings e.

The socket when viewed from beneath thus presents an appearance similar to that shown in Fig. 1, showing both top and bottom circular openings b and c and six similarlyshaped curved openings e f regularlydisposed around the center, each alternate one of which connects by a slit with the central opening b.

I claim- The design' for a glove fastener socket herein shown and described.
