TO ALL WHOM IT MAYCONGERN:

Be it known that I, H. S. McKEE, of Pittsburg, in the county of Allegheny, and State of Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a new and original Design for the Ornamentation of Table Glassware; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, making a part of this specication, in whieh- Figures 1, 2, and 3 represent respectively a spoon-holdcr, a butter-disl1 and cover, and a cream-pitcher, ornamented after my design.

My design for ornamenting table glassware consists of a fancy leaf upon a plain ground.

The ground A upon which the leaf is made is plain, and makes a good relief' to the fancy leaf B, pressed thereon or therein. The leaves are deeply indented or sccrfed, as at a, with tendrils b branching through them, and they are arranged so as to radiate from a common centre, as seen in the drawings.

The design intended to he claimed is specially shown within the red lines marked 1 2 3 4 in iig. 3.

What I claim as my invention or production, is

The ornamentation of table glassware with a fancy leaf` upon a plain ground, as herein described and represented.
