DESIGN FOR A COOKING-STOVE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 12,568, dated November 8, 1881.

Application filed October 3, 1881. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, I sAAc A. SHEPPARD, a. citizen of the United States, residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have invented a new and original Design for a Cooking Stove, of which the following is a specification.

My design for a cooking-stove is fully shown in the accompanying photographicillustration.

The design for the front of the stove coinprises the oven door A, tire door B, ash pit door D, intervening grate panel, E, and ila-t hearth F; and the design for the end of the stove comprises the upper door, G, lower door, H, intermediate panel,l, damper-section M, and flat hearth N.

The door A has a raised border, a., with linework ornamentation, as shown, and a central raised panel, b, with 1ine work border surrounding the title RoyaL The fire door B has two glazed openings, bordered as shown, and the ash pit door D has corner-ornamentation d, and a. central circular damper-section with piroted damperplate.

The grate-panel E has straight top aud bot- :5 tom and rounded ends.

The upper tire-door, G, has the usual draftopenings and slide, and the lower door,H,has four glazed openings with raised borders. The damper-section M has also the usual draft- 3o openings and slide.

I claim- The design for a cooking-stove, said design comprising the front with doors A B D, panel E, and hearth F, aud end with doors G H, 35 panel I, section M, and hearth N, with ornamentation, substantially as described, and as shown in and by the accompanying drawing.
