Be it known that I, ABRAHAM S. Josnrns, a citizen of the United States, residing at New'York, county of New York, State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Guard Devices, of

- which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.

My invention relates to guard devices for jewelry, and ,more particularly to watch guards.

The object of my' invention is to provide a f guard of simple construction which may be economically manufactured, readily secured body of the wearer.

My invention comprises, bromllyythe construction of a safety pin with a loop or ring at the back thereof. In the drawing, 1 indicates the pin, 2 the spring, I; the back, 4 the guard ring, and 5 the catch.
