Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to an infant clothes, especially to an infant clothes having a fastening function.
- An infant clothes is a necessary object after an infant was born. Common types of the infant clothes are a swaddle clothes, an infant romper, an infant bodysuit (onesie) and a dual-use infant jumpsuit. Please refer to
FIG. 1 a andFIG. 1 b , which are schematic views showing the conventional swaddle clothes. For a new-born infant, the swaddle clothes 10 is an essential undershirt having an open fly design with a left front fly 101 and a right front fly 102. Wherein, a top inner edge of the right front fly 102 and a top inner edge of the left front fly 101 are oppositely disposed with a first tying strip 103, and a top outer edge of the right front fly 102 and a top outer edge of the left front fly 101 are oppositely disposed with a second tying strip 104. - The design of the tying strips 103, 104 is to allow a caregiver, for example the mother, to help the infant wear or replace clothes, and the tying tightness can be adjusted according to the size of the infant as shown in
FIG. 1 b . However, the caregiver may spend too much time tying the tying strips 103, 104 because body movements of the infant, so that the caregivers, especially the new parents, face some problems. - The infant romper is provided with a lateral tying design which can be adjusted according to the size of the infant. The infant romper covers the thighs of the infant, and a hip part is provided with a bottom-opening button design, so that a requirement for changing diaper can be easily achieved. Beside the aforesaid lateral tying design of the conventional infant romper, the bottom-opening button design needs more unbuttoning time, and the infant has a greater chance of catching a cold.
- The manner of wearing the infant bodysuit (onesie) on an infant is to sleeve in from the head of the infant, the aforesaid manner is only suitable for the infant having a neck with a proper strength, and a hip part is provided with a bottom-opening button design, so that a requirement for changing diaper can be easily achieved. The infant bodysuit is not provided with a lateral tying design, and the infant bodysuit can fully cover the abdomen of the infant, thus an advantage of preventing the infant from exposing the abdomen and catching a cold when the infant moves or the caregiver holds up the infant. However, the bottom-opening button design makes the unbuttoning process be inconvenient and the time for unbuttoning may be too long; moreover, gaps are formed between the buttons, thus the aforesaid deign needs to be improved.
- The dual-use infant jumpsuit is a design allowing the jumpsuit to be worn in two ways, a row of buttons are disposed at a left front fly, a right front fly and a hem part, the buttons at the hem part are unbuttoned to make the jumpsuit be formed as a pants for covering the legs, and a kick-out prevention blanket is formed when the buttons at the hem part are unbuttoned. The disadvantage is the same as the aforesaid button design, thus no further illustration is provided.
- Accordingly, how to effectively save the time for tying strips and the time for unbuttoning while helping an infant to wear clothes needs to be improved by skilled people.
- One primary objective of the present invention is to provide an infant clothes, in which a restraining fabric and a terry fabric are correspondingly disposed at at least one part of a left front fly and a right front fly which can be mutually stacked so as to provide a fastening effect, and a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved; especially, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric and the terry fabric are separated, for example the noise generated during a process of unbuttoning or a process of separating the fastening strips, and the restraining fabric itself and the terry fabric itself are fabrics, thus an advantages of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.
- For achieving said objective, one technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide an infant clothes. The infant clothes includes a back piece, a front side of the back piece is respectively connected to a left front fly and a right front fly, at least one part at a back side of the left front fly has a first fastening operation zone, and at least one part at a front side of the right front fly has a second fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the first fastening operation zone, wherein, the first fastening operation zone has a restraining fabric or a terry fabric, and the second fastening operation zone has a terry fabric or a restraining fabric; a surface of the terry fabric has a plurality of fibriform loops, and a surface of the restraining fabric has a plurality of restraining hairs; when the restraining fabric is in contact with the terry fabric, the restraining hairs are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops for allowing the left front fly and the right front fly to be fastened and positioned.
- Another technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide an infant clothes. The infant clothes includes a back piece, a front side of the back piece is respectively connected to a left front fly and a right front fly having a length greater than the left front fly, at least one part at a front side of the left front fly has a first fastening operation zone, and at least one part at a back side of the right front fly has a second fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the first fastening operation zone; a bottom side of the back piece is integrally connected to a hip piece having two sides thereof being downwardly tapered in width, at least one part at a back side of a crotch part of the hip piece is disposed with a third fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the second fastening operation zone; wherein, the first fastening operation zone and the third fastening operation zone respectively have a restraining fabric or a terry fabric, and the second fastening operation zone has a terry fabric or a restraining fabric; a surface of the terry fabric has a plurality of fibriform loops, and a surface of the restraining fabric has a plurality of restraining hairs; when the restraining fabric is in contact with the terry fabric, the restraining hairs are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops for allowing the left front fly, the hip piece and the right front fly to be fastened and positioned.
- Another technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide an infant clothes. The infant clothes includes a back piece, a front side of the back piece is respectively connected to a left front fly and a right front fly, at least one part at a back side of the left front fly has a first fastening operation zone, and at least one part at a front side of the right front fly has a second fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the first fastening operation zone; a hem side of the back piece is connected to an extension piece, at least one part at a back side of the extension piece has a third fastening operation zone, a back side of the right front fly and the back side of the left front fly respectively have a fourth fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the third fastening operation zone and located at a location corresponding to the extension piece being forwardly folded; wherein, the first fastening operation zone and the third fastening operation zone respectively have a restraining fabric or a terry fabric, and the second fastening operation zone and the fourth fastening operation zone respectively have a terry fabric or a restraining fabric; a surface of the terry fabric has a plurality of fibriform loops, and a surface of the restraining fabric has a plurality of restraining hairs; when the restraining fabric is in contact with the terry fabric, the restraining hairs are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops for allowing the left front fly, the extension piece and the right front fly to be fastened and positioned.
- Another technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide an infant clothes. The infant clothes includes a back piece, a front side of the back piece is respectively connected to a left front fly and a right front fly, at least one part at a back side of the left front fly has a first fastening operation zone, and at least one part at a front side of the right front fly has a second fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the first fastening operation zone; a hem side of the back piece is connected to two extension pieces spaced with an interval, at least one part at a back side of each of the extension pieces respectively has a third fastening operation zone, a back side of the right front fly and the back side of the left front fly respectively have a fourth fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the third fastening operation zone and located at a location corresponding to each of the extension pieces being forwardly folded; wherein, the first fastening operation zone and the third fastening operation zone respectively have a restraining fabric or a terry fabric, and the second fastening operation zone and the fourth fastening operation zone respectively have a terry fabric or a restraining fabric; a surface of the terry fabric has a plurality of fibriform loops, and a surface of the restraining fabric has a plurality of restraining hairs; when the restraining fabric is in contact with the terry fabric, the restraining hairs are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops for allowing the left front fly, the right front fly and the extensions pieces to be fastened and positioned.
- One another technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide an infant clothes. The infant clothes includes a back piece, a front side of the back piece is respectively connected to a left front fly and a right front fly, at least one part at a front side of the left front fly has a first fastening operation zone, and at least one part at a back side of the right front fly has a second fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the first fastening operation zone; two sides of the back piece are respectively extended with an extension piece, at least one part at a front side of each of the extension pieces respectively has a third fastening operation zone, a top surface of the left front fly and a top surface of the right front fly respectively have a fourth fastening operation zone capable of being mutually fastened with the third fastening operation zone and located at a location corresponding to each of the extension pieces; wherein, the first fastening operation zone and the fourth fastening operation zones respectively have a terry fabric or a restraining fabric, and the second fastening operation zone and the third fastening operation zones respectively have a restraining fabric or a terry fabric; a surface of the terry fabric has a plurality of fibriform loops, and a surface of the restraining fabric has a plurality of restraining hairs; when the restraining fabric is in contact with the terry fabric, the restraining hairs are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops for allowing the left front fly, the right front fly and the extensions pieces to be fastened and positioned.
- According to one embodiment, a left sleeve and a right sleeve are formed by the back piece, the left front fly and the right front fly.
- According to one embodiment, the first fastening operation zone occupies at least one third of an area of the left front fly, and the second fastening operation zone occupies at least one third of an area of the right front fly; when the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone are mutually fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone is decided according to a size of an infant

FIG. 2 a toFIG. 5 b , which disclose an infant clothes according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The infant clothes 1, for example a swaddle clothes, includes a back piece 11. A front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13. At least one part at a back side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, and at least one part at a front side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131. Wherein, the first fastening operation zone 121 has a restraining fabric 2, and the second fastening operation zone 131 has a terry fabric 3. - The restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are selected from the fastening fabric with a trademark of Jasontry™ produced by the Aicare Worldwide Co., Ltd. The aforesaid fastening fabric has been granted with Taiwan Pat. No.I376210 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 8,656,564 and China Pat. No.ZL200910002620.8), Taiwan Pat. No.1388291 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 8,551,569 and China Pat. No.ZL200910150810.4), Taiwan Pat. No.I432151 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. publication Ser.US20120096690A1 and China Pat. No.ZL201010525571.9), Taiwan Pat. No.I632877 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 10,080,404 and China Pat. No.ZL201610278193.6), Taiwan Pat. No.I712375 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. publication Ser.US20180073169A1 and China Pat. publication Ser.CN107815778A), and Taiwan Pat. No.I828953 (equivalent to U.S. Pat. No. 11,737,523 and China Pat. publication Ser.CN113062027A).
- For further disclosing the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3, details of the aforesaid patents are provided as follows. Please refer to
FIG. 3 , which discloses the restraining fabric 2 (taking Taiwan Pat. No.I828953 as an example) is formed through being fabricated by utilizing warp yarns 21 and/or weft yarns 22. When thermoplastic filament yarns are adopted as the warp yarns 21 and the weft yarns 22, a raising finishing process is required for making a front surface 23 of the restraining fabric 2 have a plurality of thermoplastic hairs 24. - The restraining fabric 2 is processed with a singeing process, so that distal ends of at least a part of the thermoplastic hairs 24 can be melted and cohered to form a plurality of first restraining hairs 241 having a spherical member and/or a columnar member 241 a with a smooth surface. And then, a thermal melting and pressing process is processed for allowing the spherical member and/or the columnar member 241 a of the at least a part of the first restraining hairs 241 to be further heated, melted and pressed to form a plurality of second restraining hairs 242 having an irregular deformed member 242 a. Wherein, the spherical member and/or the columnar member 241 a is heated and melted so as to be cohered for forming the irregular deformed member 242 a having a greater volume. As such, the second restraining hair 242 has a better restraining function in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction than the first restraining hairs 241.
- Please refer to
FIG. 4 a , which is a schematic view showing the terry fabric 3. The terry fabric 3 (taking Taiwan Pat. publication Ser.201924756A as an example) is a plain texture or a terry texture at least having a plurality of differential shrinkage microfiber yarns 31. When the terry texture is adopted, the terry structure has a planar yarn base structure 32 formed through being woven in an X axial direction and in a Y axial direction, and a plurality of fibriform yarn staples 33 are protruded from a surface of the base yarn structure 32 in a Z axial direction, and each of the fibriform yarn stables 33 has a plurality of fibriform loops 34. - Please refer to
FIG. 4 b , which is partially enlarged view showing the fibriform yarn stables 33. The differential shrinkage microfiber yarn 31 is formed through a low denier microfiber yarn 31 a and a shrinkage microfiber yarn 31 b having a shrinkage rate greater than 10 percent being processed with a doubling process. The low denier microfiber yarn 31 a and the shrinkage microfiber yarn 31 b are compactly mixed with a twisting or an air texturing manner. A differential shrinkage rate is generated through a heating temperature during a dyeing process, so that the shrinkage microfiber yarn 31 b of the same fibriform yarn staples 33 has a greater shrinkage rate so as to reduce the loop of the shrinkage microfiber yarn 31 b itself. As such, the low denier fibriform loops 34 is provided with a greater fluffiness. - Accordingly, based on the disclosure of the aforesaid fastening fabric, a surface of the restraining fabric 2 adopted in the present invention has a plurality of the first restraining hairs 241 having the spherical member and/or a columnar member 241 a and the plurality of second restraining hairs 242 having the irregular deformed member 242 a. A surface of the terry fabric 3 has a plurality of the fibriform loops 34 fabricated through a thermal shrinkage process. When the restraining fabric 2 is in contact with the terry fabric 3, the restraining hairs 241, 242 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34.
- What shall be addressed is that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 and the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 are provided for illustrations, the restraining fabric having the restraining hairs and the terry fabric having the fibriform loops disclosed in the aforesaid patents are all within the scope of the present invention.
- Please refer to
FIG. 5 a andFIG. 5 b , which are schematic views showing a process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on an infant according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, put an infant on the back piece 11, two arms of the infant are respectively sleeved in a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132 which are formed by the back piece 11, the left front fly 12 and the right front fly 13. The right front fly 13 covers the chest and the abdomen of the infant, so that the second fastening operation zone 131 having the terry fabric 3 is upwardly oriented. - And then, the left front fly 12 covers on top of the right front fly 13, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 located at an inner back side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 located at a front side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131. As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the infant as shown in
FIG. 5 b is achieved. - Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 and the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131, the left front fly 12 and the right front fly 13 are prevented from being separated, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, thus an advantages of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.
- Moreover, the first fastening operation zone 121 occupies at least one third of an area of the left front fly 12, and the second fastening operation zone 131 occupies at least one third of an area of the right front fly 13. When being fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone 121 and the second fastening operation zone 131 can be decided according to a size of the infant.
- According to one alternative of the first embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 is the terry fabric 3 and the second fastening operation zone 131 is the restraining fabric 2 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.
- Please refer to
FIG. 6 a andFIG. 6 b which are schematic views showing an infant clothes according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The same components disclosed in the second embodiment and the first embodiment are provided with the same codes (marks). Because there are many components shared by the second embodiment and the first embodiment, only the differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment are illustrated as follows. - The infant clothes 1, for example an infant bodysuit, includes a back piece 11, where a bottom side of the back piece 11 is integrally connected to a hip piece 14 having two sides thereof being downwardly tapered in width, and at least one part at a back side of a crotch part of the hip piece 14 is disposed with a third fastening operation zone 141. Moreover, a front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13 having a length greater than the left front fly 12. At least one part at a front side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, and at least one part of a back side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131. Wherein, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the third fastening operation zone 141 respectively have a restraining fabric 2, and the second fastening operation zone 131 has a terry fabric 3.

FIG. 7 a toFIG. 7 c , which are schematic views showing a process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on an infant according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, put an infant on the back piece 11 and a hip piece 14, two arms of the infant are respectively sleeved in a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132 which are formed by the back piece 11, the left front fly 12 and the right front fly 13. The left front fly 12 covers the chest and the abdomen of the infant, so that the first fastening operation zone 121 having the restraining fabric 2 is upwardly oriented. - And then, the right front fly 13 covers on top of the left front fly 12, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 located at a front side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 located at a back side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131.
- Lastly, the third fastening operation zone 141 at the crotch part is forwardly folded, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 141 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131. As such, As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the infant as shown in
FIG. 7 c is achieved. - As such, when the diaper worn by the infant is required to be replaced, a caregiver only needs to forwardly fold a partial bottom portion of the right front fly 13 to make the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 be separated from the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 141 at the crotch part, and the third fastening operation zone 141 at the crotch part in backwardly unfolded for allowing the diaper replacement to be easily processed. At this moment, most parts of the right front fly 13 is kept being fastened with the left front fly 12.
- Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabrics 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 and in the third fastening operation zone 141 and the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131, the left front fly 12 and the hip piece 14 are prevented from being separated from the right front fly 13, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, thus an advantage of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.
- Moreover, the first fastening operation zone 121 occupies at least half of an area of the left front fly 12, and the second fastening operation zone 131 occupies at least half of an area of the right front fly 13. When being fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone 121 and the second fastening operation zone 131 can be decided according to a size of the infant.
- According to one alternative of the second embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the third fastening operation zone 141 are the terry fabric 3 and the second fastening operation zone 131 is the restraining fabric 2 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.
- Please refer to
FIG. 8 a andFIG. 8 b , which disclose the third embodiment of the infant clothes. The same components disclosed in the third embodiment and the first embodiment are provided with the same codes (marks). Because there are many components shared by the third embodiment and the first embodiment, only the differences between the third embodiment and the first embodiment are illustrated as follows. - The infant clothes 1, for example an infant romper, includes a back piece 11, a hem side of the back piece 11 is connected to an extension piece 15. At least one part at a back side of the extension piece 15 is disposed with a third fastening operation zone 151. Moreover, a front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13. At least one part at a back side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, at least one part at a front side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131, and a back side of the right front fly 13 has a fourth fastening operation zone 133 located at a location corresponding to the extension piece 15 being forwardly folded. Wherein, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the third fastening operation zone 151 respectively have a restraining fabric 2, and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the fourth fastening operation zone 133 respectively have a terry fabric 3.

FIG. 9 a toFIG. 9 c , which schematic views showing a process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on an infant according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, put an infant on the back piece 11, two arms of the infant are respectively sleeved in a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132. The right front fly 13 covers the chest and the abdomen of the infant, so that the second fastening operation zone 131 having the terry fabric 3 is upwardly oriented. - And then, the left front fly 12 covers on top of the right front fly 13, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 located at an inner back side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 located at a front side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131.
- Lastly, the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15 is forwardly folded, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 151 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the fourth fastening operation zone 133. As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the infant as shown in
FIG. 9 c is achieved. - As such, when the diaper worn by the infant is required to be replaced, a caregiver only needs to backwardly unfold the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15, and the terry fabric 3 in the fourth fastening operation zone 133 is separated from the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 151 for allowing the diaper replacement to be easily processed. At this moment, the right front fly 13 is kept being fastened with the left front fly 12.
- According to one alternative of the third embodiment, the fourth fastening operation zone is disposed at the back side of the left front fly 12 and arranged at a location corresponding to the extension piece 15 being forwardly folded.
- Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 and in the third fastening operation zone 151 and the corresponding terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 and the fourth fastening operation zone 133, the left front fly 12 and the extension piece 15 are prevented from being separated from the right front fly 13, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, thus an advantage of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.

FIG. 10 a andFIG. 10 b , which disclose the fourth embodiment of the infant clothes. The same components disclosed in the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment are provided with the same codes (marks). Because there are many components shared by the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment, only the differences between the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment are illustrated as follows. - The infant clothes 1, for example a dual-use infant jumpsuit, includes a back piece 11, a hem side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to two extension pieces 15 spaced with an interval. A back side of each of the extension pieces 15 is disposed with a third fastening operation zone 151. Moreover, a front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13. At least one part at a back side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, at least one part of a front side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131, and the back sides of the left front fly 12 the right front fly 13 respectively have a fourth fastening operation zone 123, 133 located at a location corresponding to each of the extension pieces 15 being forwardly folded. Wherein, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the third fastening operation zones 151 respectively have a restraining fabric 2, and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133 respectively have a terry fabric 3.

FIG. 11 a toFIG. 11 c , which are schematic views showing a process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on an infant according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, put an infant on the back piece 11, two arms of the infant are respectively sleeved in a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132 which are formed through the back piece 11, the left front fly 12 and the right front fly 13. The right front fly 13 covers the chest and the abdomen of the infant, so that the second fastening operation zone 131 having the terry fabric 3 is upwardly oriented. - And then, the left front fly 12 covers on top of the right front fly 13, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 located at an inner back side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 located at a front side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131.
- Subsequently, the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15 at the right side is forwardly folded, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 151 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the fourth fastening operation zone 133 of the right front fly 13.
- Lastly, the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15 at the left side is forwardly folded, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 151 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the fourth fastening operation zone 123 of the left front fly 12. As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the infant as shown in
FIG. 11 c is achieved. - As such, when the diaper worn by the infant is required to be replaced, a caregiver only needs to respectively and backwardly unfold each of the third fastening operation zones 151 of the extension pieces 15, and the corresponding terry fabrics 3 in the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133 are separated from the restraining fabric 2 in the third fastening operation zone 151 for allowing the diaper replacement to be easily processed. At this moment, the right front fly 13 is kept being fastened with the left front fly 12.
- Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 and in the third fastening operation zone 151 and the terry fabric 3 in the corresponding second fastening operation zone 131 and the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133, the left front fly 12, the right front fly 13 and the extension pieces 15 are prevented from being separated, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, thus an advantage of not hurting delicate skins of the infant is provided.

- According to one alternative of the fourth embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the third fastening operation zone 151 are the terry fabric 3 and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the fourth fastening operation zone 123 are the restraining fabric 2 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.

FIG. 12 a andFIG. 12 b , which disclose the fifth embodiment of the infant clothes. The infant clothes 1, for example a clothes especially for a premature infant, includes a back piece 11, a front side of the back piece 11 is respectively connected to a left front fly 12 and a right front fly 13. At least one part at a front side of the left front fly 12 has a first fastening operation zone 121, and at least one part of a back side of the right front fly 13 has a second fastening operation zone 131. - Two sides of the back piece 11 are respectively extended with an extension piece 15. At least one part at a front side of each of the extension pieces 15 respectively has a third fastening operation zone 151. A top surface of the left front fly 12 has a fourth fastening operation zone 123 located at a location corresponding to the extension piece 15 at the left side, and a top surface of the right front fly 13 has a fourth fastening operation zone 133 located at a location corresponding to the extension piece 15 at the right side. Wherein, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133 respectively have a terry fabric 3, and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the third fastening operation zones 151 respectively have a restraining fabric 2.

FIG. 13 a toFIG. 13 c , which are schematic views showing a process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on an infant according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, put an infant on the back piece 11. The left front fly 12 covers the chest and the abdomen of the infant, so that the first fastening operation zone 121 having the restraining fabric 2 is upwardly oriented. Subsequently, the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15 at the left side is forwardly folded, so that the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the third fastening operation zone 151 are mutually buckled and restrained with the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the fourth fastening operation zone 123 of the left front fly 12. - And then, the third fastening operation zone 151 of the extension piece 15 at the right side is forwardly folded, so that the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the third fastening operation zone 151 are mutually buckled and restrained with the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the fourth fastening operation zone 133 of the right front fly 13.
- Lastly, the right front fly 13 covers on top of the left front fly 12, the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 at the front side of the left front fly 12 is in contact with the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131 at the back side of the right front fly 13, so that the restraining hairs 241, 242 of the restraining fabric 2 in the first fastening operation zone 121 are mutually buckled and restrained with the fibriform loops 34 of the terry fabric 3 in the second fastening operation zone 131. As such, the process of wearing the infant clothes 1 on the premature infant as shown in
FIG. 13 c is achieved. - As such, a plurality of tubes, for example monitoring tubes, attached on the body of the premature infant can protrude from a gap between each of the extension pieces 15 and the adhered front fly, for example the left front fly 12 or the right front fly 13. When the tubes are desired to be replaced, only a process of each of the extension pieces 15 being separated from the corresponding left front fly 12 or the right front fly 13 is required to be done. Thus, a warm keeping effect can be provided to the premature infant according to the fifth embodiment, and an advantage of maintaining the dignity of the premature infant for not exposing the body is provided.
- Accordingly, with a fastening function formed through the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 in the first fastening operation zone 121, the second fastening operation zone 131 and the third fastening operation zones 151 and the corresponding fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133, the left front fly 12, the right front fly 13 and the pair of extension pieces 15 are prevented from being separated, thus not only the fastening effect is provided, a time for tying strips and a time for unbuttoning can also be greatly saved, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric 2 and the terry fabric 3 are separated, and the restraining fabric 2 itself and the terry fabric 3 itself are fabrics, an advantage of not hurting delicate skins of the premature infant is provided.
- Moreover, the first fastening operation zone 121 occupies at least one third of an area of the left front fly 12, and the second fastening operation zone 131 occupies at least one third of an area of the right front fly 13. When being fastened, an overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone 121 and the second fastening operation zone 131 can be decided according to a size of the premature infant.
- According to one alternative of the fifth embodiment, the first fastening operation zone 121 and the fourth fastening operation zones 123, 133 are the restraining fabric 2 and the second fastening operation zone 131 and the third fastening operation zones 151 are the terry fabric 3 in actual operations, and the same fastening effect can also be achieved.
- Based on what has been disclosed above, advantages achieved by the present invention are as follows. The restraining fabric and the terry fabric of the infant clothes are fabricated through the fibriform yarns which are similar to the size of the conventional clothes, so that the delicate skins of the infant and the clothes are prevented from being hurt and damaged, unlike the conventional hook and loop fastener. Moreover, the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone of the infant clothes respectively occupies at least one third of the area of the front fly, so that the overlapping area of the first fastening operation zone and the second fastening operation zone can be decided according to the size of the infant. Furthermore, no noise is generated when the restraining fabric and the terry fabric are separated, so that the infant is protected from being frightened. Accordingly, the present invention is novel and more practical in use comparing to prior arts.
- While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
