Abstract

Baby Clothing

This case concerns a type of baby clothing, in particular a type of baby clothing that can provide a Velcro effect.

Infant clothing is an indispensable item for newborns. Common basic styles of infant clothing include gauze clothing, butterfly clothing, bodysuit (one-piece clothing) and two-purpose bunny clothing, etc. As shown in FIG. 1a and FIG. 1b, schematic diagrams of existing gauze clothing are shown. The gauze clothing 10 is an indispensable inner garment for newborns. The gauze clothing 10 has a left front flap 101 and a right front flap 102 of open design. A first strap 103 is provided above an inner edge of the right front flap 102 and opposite to an inner edge of the left front flap 101. A second strap 104 is provided above an outer side of the right front flap 102 and opposite to an inner edge of the left front flap 101.

The straps 103 and 104 are designed to allow caregivers, such as mothers, to help infants change clothes and adjust the tightness according to the body shape (as shown in FIG. 1 b). However, the straps 103 and 104 are often tied up because of the body movements of infants, which causes caregivers, especially new parents, to spend too much time on the straps, which is very troublesome.

The butterfly suit also adopts a side strap design, which can be adjusted according to the body shape of the baby. The suit covers the baby's thighs, and the bottom part has a bottom-opening button design to facilitate diaper changes. In addition to the aforementioned side strap design, the bottom-opening button design also increases the fastening time, making it easier for babies to keep cool.

The diaper-like bodysuit is put on from the head of the infant, which is suitable for infants with stiff necks. It also has a button-down design on the buttocks to facilitate diaper changes. Although the diaper-like bodysuit has no side straps and can completely cover the infant's belly to prevent the infant from getting cold due to the exposed belly when the infant is moving or when the caregiver holds the infant, the button-down design is not a good design because the buttoning action is inconvenient, the buttoning time is too long, and there are gaps between the buttons.

Therefore, through the above description of the Velcro fabric, the surface of the velcro fabric 2 used in the present case has a plurality of first velcro hairs 241 with beads and/or columns 241a, and a plurality of second velcro hairs 242 with irregular deformations 242a. The surface of the loop fabric 3 has a plurality of fiber loops 34 generated by a heat shrinking process. When the velcro fabric 2 and the loop fabric 3 are in contact with each other, the velcro fibers 241 and 242 and the fiber loops 34 will be intertwined or entangled with each other.

In fact, the aforementioned interlocking hairs 241 and 242 of the interlocking fabric 2 and the fiber loops 34 of the loop fabric 3 are merely exemplified for illustration. All the interlocking fabrics having the interlocking hairs and the loop fabrics having the fiber loops disclosed in the aforementioned patents are within the scope of application of this case.

Please refer to Figures 5a and 5b, which show schematic diagrams of the process of dressing a baby according to the first embodiment of the baby clothing 1. First, the baby lies flat on the back sheet 11, and puts both arms into a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132 formed by the back sheet 11, the left front sheet 12 and the right front sheet 13. Furthermore, the first hook and loop fastener area 121 occupies at least one third of the area of the left front flap 12, and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 occupies at least one third of the area of the right front flap 13. Therefore, when fastening, the overlapping area of the first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 can be adjusted to the body shape of the infant.

The first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the third hook and loop fastener areas 151 each have a woven fabric 2 , and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 and the fourth hook and loop fastener areas 123 , 133 each have a loop fabric 3 .

Please refer to Figures 11a to 11c, which show schematic diagrams of the process of dressing a baby according to the fourth embodiment of the baby clothing 1. First, the baby lies flat on the back sheet 11, and puts both arms into a left sleeve 122 and a right sleeve 132 formed by the back sheet 11, the left front sheet 12 and the right front sheet 13. Then, the right front sheet 13 is covered on the chest and abdomen of the baby, so that the second hook and loop fabric 3 has the second hook and loop action area 131 facing upward.

Finally, the third Velcro action area 151 of the left tongue piece 15 is folded forward, and the entanglement fibers 241, 242 of the entanglement fabric 2 of the third Velcro action area 151 are hooked or entangled with the fiber loops 34 of the loop fabric 3 of the fourth Velcro action area 123 of the left front flap 12 to complete the process of wearing the baby clothing 1 on the baby as shown in Figure 11c.

Therefore, if the infant needs to change the diaper, the caregiver only needs to spread the third hook and loop regions 151 of the tongue pieces 15 backwards to peel off the loop fabric 3 of the corresponding fourth hook and loop regions 123, 133 from the tie fabric 2 of the third hook and loop region 151, and then the diaper can be changed. At this time, the right front flap 13 and the left front flap 12 are still in the hook and loop state.

Therefore, the thong fabric 2 of the first thong action area 121 and the third thong action area 151 respectively forms a thong function with the loop fabric 3 corresponding to the second thong action area 131 and the fourth thong action areas 123, 133, so that the left front flap 12, the right front flap 13 and the tongue pieces 15 are not separated. Therefore, when fastening, the overlapping area of the first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 can be adjusted to the body shape of the infant.

In another embodiment of the fourth embodiment, the first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the third hook and loop fastener area 151 are each implemented as a loop fabric 3, and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 and the fourth hook and loop fastener area 123 are implemented as a lashing fabric 2, which can also achieve the aforementioned effect.

Then, the third Velcro action area 151 of the right tongue piece 15 is folded forward, and the fiber loops 34 of the loop fabric 3 of the third Velcro action area 151 are hooked or intertwined with the entanglement fibers 241, 242 of the entanglement fabric 2 of the fourth Velcro action area 133 of the right front flap 13.

Finally, the right front flap 13 is overlapped in front of the left front flap 12, and the bond fabric 2 of the first Velcro action area 121 in front of the left front flap 12 is brought into contact with the loop fabric 3 of the second Velcro action area 131 on the back of the right front flap 13, so that the bond fibers 241, 242 of the bond fabric 2 of the first Velcro action area 121 and the fiber loops 34 of the loop fabric 3 of the second Velcro action area 131 are hooked or intertwined with each other, so as to complete the process of wearing the baby clothing 1 on the premature baby as shown in FIG. 13c.

This is sufficient to allow multiple tubes on the premature baby, such as monitoring tubes, to pass through the gap between each tongue piece 15 and the fastened front piece, such as the left front piece 12 or the right front piece 13, and when replacing the tubes, it is only necessary to separate each tongue piece 15 from the corresponding left front piece 12 or right front piece 13. Therefore, in addition to providing a warming effect for premature babies, the fifth embodiment also gives premature babies the dignity they deserve without being naked.

Therefore, the first hook and loop fastener area 121, the second hook and loop fastener area 131 and the third hook and loop fastener area 151 and the corresponding fourth hook and loop fastener area 123 or 133 form a hook and loop function between the bond fabric 2 and the loop fabric 3, so that the left front flap 12, the right front flap 13 and the pair of tongue pieces 15 will not be separated. Therefore, when fastening, the overlapping area of the first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 can be adjusted to the body shape of the infant.

In another embodiment of the fifth embodiment, the first hook and loop fastener area 121 and the fourth hook and loop fastener areas 123 or 133 are each a woven fabric 2 when implemented, and the second hook and loop fastener area 131 and the third hook and loop fastener areas 151 are each a loop fabric 3 when implemented, and the aforementioned effects can also be achieved.

Therefore, the implementation of this case has the added effect that the woven fabric and the loop fabric of the baby clothing are both made of fiber yarn, which is equivalent to the size of general clothing fabrics, so unlike the conventional Velcro, it will not hurt the delicate skin or clothes of babies. Furthermore, the first Velcro action area and the second Velcro action area of the baby clothing each occupy at least one-third of the area of the corresponding front placket, so the Velcro area of the first Velcro action area and the second Velcro action area can be used to adapt to the body shape of babies. Furthermore, the strap fabric and the ring fabric do not make any noise when being peeled off, so infants and young children will not be frightened. This is a great structure never seen before in similar articles.
