  • FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The utility model belongs to human nose management. More particularly, the invention relates to a device that is clipped outside the nose to make it look as per the desired shape while camouflage makeup is also provided to conceal the shaping device.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
  • Cosmetic surgery, also known as aesthetic surgery, is an elective operation that involves improving a person's appearance. Such operations include liposuction, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery, and rhytidectomy, also known as a face lift. Rhinoplasty, sometimes referred to as a “nose job” or “nose reshaping” by patients, enhances facial harmony and the proportions of your nose. It can also correct impaired breathing caused by structural defects in the nose.
  • Cosmetic procedures are popular among people that want to enhance select features of their body through surgical and nonsurgical methods. As of 2019, the United States had the largest number of cosmetic procedures with over 3.9 million procedures. Brazil had the second largest number of cosmetic procedures with almost 2.5 million procedures during that year.
  • There are both surgical and nonsurgical options for cosmetic procedures. Surgical procedures include augmentation mammoplasty (breast augmentation), mastopexy, lipoplasty and rhinoplasty, to name a few. In spite of development in this field, many people are afraid of a surgical operation. On the one hand the operation is relatively expensive, and on the other hand it is not without risk since the result does not necessarily correspond to those desired expectations and/or scars remain. Not least, the operation may not be undone, which means that the patient may not first get used to the new nose shape and then subsequently finally make a decision on his new appearance.
  • Minimally invasive, nonsurgical procedures can include botulinum toxin (Botox), chemical peels, dermal fillers and tattoo removal. The top surgical cosmetic procedure globally in 2019 was breast augmentation, followed by liposuction. During that same year the top nonsurgical cosmetic procedure was botulinum toxin (Botox) followed by hyaluronic acid (dermal fillers).
  • By looking at prior art multiple types of advancements have been seen. • A Canadian patent 2336821A1 on means for giving a shape to a human nose relates to a means for giving a shape to a human nose which without surgical intervention can be introduced into the nostril and removed therefrom. Said device consists of an elastically deformable frame (1) which is curved in its undeformed state and has a dorsal part (10) and two lateral parts (11). The two ends of the frame (1) are thickened to form a supporting rim (2, 3) at the front and at the back, in relation to the position of use. At least one raised edge (4) is provided for on the dorsal side (10) of the frame (1), adjoining the rear supporting rim (3).
  • Also multiple US patents including U.S. Pat. No. 1,378,455A, 8,509,78A relates to Nose-shaper devices that provide advancements in their own domain.
  • By looking at prior art, multiple advancements have been seen in the prior art. However, the solutions presented are costly, require high levels of medical or technical skills and are for long-term purposes. Therefore, advancements in this field are required and appreciated by people.
