Acoupling hole 342 communicating to the inner part of the regulating unit may be made at the center of the movingplate 341, and the upper part of thepressure piston 32 may be connected at thecoupling hole 342. - The moving
plate 341 may be located at the upper part of theelastic unit 331 displaced at the movingregulation unit 33, and thepressure piston 32 may be displaced downwardly by applying some downward pressure on the regulatingunit 34. And then the movingplate 341 can move upward by theelastic unit 331 with the upward movement being limited. Thepressure piston 32 can move according to the movement of the movingplate 341, theoperating cylinder 321 coupled to the lower portion of thepressure piston 32 can move up and down within thetint cylinder 35. And a portion of the tint stored within thetint cylinder 35 can be discharged outward according to the up and down movement of theoperating plate 321. - The
tint cylinder 35 may have a structure of storing a tint component such as a liquid or and the like, and have a shape in which the upper part is open. Andtint tool 36 may be coupled to the lower part of thetint cylinder 35. Theoperating plate 321 can be inserted into the upper part of thetint cylinder 35 to move up and down according to the operation of the regulatingunit 34. And some pressure can be applied to the tint component stored within thetint cylinder 35 depending on the up and down movement of theoperating plate 321, and then dome tint component can be discharged to thetint tool 36 comprising a contacting part such as a brush, a painting brush or a cotton bud. - The
tint tool 36 can comprise the contacting part such as the brush, the painting brush or the cotton bud, and the tint component stored in thetint cylinder 35 may be discharged to thetint tool 36 as a pre-determined amount. The sealingcap 37 may be coupled to the lower part of thecasing 31 detachably, the tint tool can protrude outward passing through the sealingcap 37. - If the pressure is applied to the regulating
unit 14 downwardly, then thepressure piston 32 can move downwardly. And then theoperating plate 321 placed within thetint cylinder 35 may move downwardly to apply some pressure on the tine component stored within thetint cylinder 35. And then some amount of the tint component can be discharged to thetint tool 36 by the pressure applied on the tint component. The amount of tint component discharged to thetint tool 36 may be checked with thetransparent window 311 and thescale 312. The regulatingunit 34 can return to the original position by the elastic unit, and the regulatingunit 34 can be pressured for an additive amount if necessary. - If the tint component stored within the
tint cylinder 35 is burn out completely, the sealingcover 37 can be separated from thecasing 31 to take out thetint cylinder 35 from thecasing 31. And then some tint component can be filled within thetint cylinder 35 or thetint cylinder 35 can be replaced with new one. Alternatively thetint cylinder 35 can be replaced with other one with a different color. The tint component can be discharged from thetint cylinder 35 to thetint tool 36 by a capillary phenomenon or an open-close slit. - The discharging structure of the tint component will be explained below.
-
FIG. 4 shows a discharging structure in the lip tint container according to embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , a movinglimit edge 351 may be formed within the tint cylinder that has a shape of a strip protruding from an inner surface to a center. The movinglimit edge 351 may have a shape that becomes sharpen as it extends to an end and may displaced on the upper part of thetint cylinder 35. Thecoupling part 352 may be formed below thetint cylinder 35, and thetint tool 36 may be coupled to thecoupling part 352 with a bolt or screw. Thetint tool 36 may comprise apreliminary storing part 361; a guidingpart 362 extending in a shape of a horn or a funnel; a contactingbrush 363 formed below the guidingpart 362; and adischarge regulating plate 41. - The contacting
brush 363 may become a brush, a cottonbud contacting brush 363 a, a painting brush or the like, and have a structure for the capillary phenomenon. The contacting 363, 363 a may be protected by the protectingbrush cap 38 when it is not used, and the protectingcap 38 may be coupled to the lower part of the casing or the guidingpart 362. One or moreflowing holes 381 may be formed at the side of the protectingcap 38, wherein the flowinghole 381 may become so small size that an air can pass the flowingholes 381 keeping humidity or an extra matter from passing. Some air entering the protectingcap 38 through the flowingholes 381 may maintain the pressure of the protectingcap 38 in a predetermined range and the protectingcap 38 becomes dry when the container is not used. - Referring to
FIG. 4 (b) , thedischarge regulating plate 41 may be made from flexible silicon or the like, and may have a structure of a thick plate or the like. One and morepressure opening slits 411 may be formed at thedischarge regulating plate 41 comprising a groove type of a lower part and a through hole penetrating the thickness. And the separate receivingpart 412 may be formed at the lower part of the through hole. - If some pressure may apply from the upper part of the
tint cylinder 35, the pressure opening slit 411 may become open because of the elasticity of thedischarge regulating plate 41 to make some tint component flow downwardly. And then the tint component flows into a storing means having capillary tubes such as a fiber, cotton or the like. The storing means may be connected to the contactingbrush 363, for example the tint component can flow to the contactingbrush 363 through the pressure opening slit 411 such as a capillary phenomenon. The pressure opening slit 411 may have a shape that the upper part is a groove shape and the lower part is a shape of hole so that the tint component may flow to thetint brush 363 through the separating receiving part by the applied pressure. Furthermore, the structure according the present invention makes the tint component be maintained within thetint cylinder 35, when thetint brush 363 is not used. And some tint component may supply to thetint brush 363 only when the tint brush is used. - While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
