The simulated charcoal burning area 1 and the water vapor generator 5 are connected via hinges or they can be disconnected and connected via pulling and insertion. The simulated charcoal burning area 1 is mounted inside a front side of a cavity of the cabinet A. The water vapor generator 5 is mounted inside a rear side surface of the cabinet A. A heating device 6 is provided inside an upper side of the cabinet A. The light source 4 is provided inside the simulated charcoal burning area 1; the water vapor generator 5 and the vapor guiding device 3 are provided below the simulated charcoal burning area 1. The flat water tank 2 a leans on a rear side of the cabinet A so that the flat water tank 2 a can be taken out easily for refilling water. This kind of humidifying and heating device does not require additional installation and thus it is very suitable to be used in any venues including those temporary venues which may move to different places frequently.
  • Quantity of the light source 4 may be one or many, each being a light emitting component of any color, such as a spotlight or an LED.
  • The water vapor generator 5 can be a high pressure water vapor generator, an ultrasonic water vapor generator, a heating water vapor generator or a mist generator etc.
