Abstract
A simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions, which includes a shell with air inlets and outlets; a heating device arranged in the shell and used for heat provision upon being powered on; an air channel arranged in the shell and communicated with the air outlet; a fan and a combustion simulation device, which are arranged in the shell, wherein air taken from the air inlet is heated by the heating device for being delivered to the air channel, wherein the simulation electric fireplace further includes a humidifying device, the air outlet includes a first air outlet for sending out the hot air and a second air outlet for sending out the humidified hot air, the air channel includes a hot air channel communicated with the first air outlet and a humidifying air channel communicated with the second air outlet, the humidifying device is arranged in the humidifying air channel for humidifying the hot air.
Description
- The present invention relates to a simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions.
- As a common household appliance, a heater is prevalent, however, in general, the heater at present only has function for heating, so that its practicability and cost performance have yet to be improved. A common method for realizing dynamical effect of real flames through red light in the heater is to drive a fan with some laser paper-adhered streamers thereon by a motor, and the fan float upwards the streamers to generate ‘flame’ shaking effect when the fan rotates. However, the effect is not vivid and ideal due to such flames just swinging, further, the swinging streamers under the rotation of the fan would generate noises, disturbing the surroundings and users.
- Therefore, a wide variety of heaters with humidifying functions appear, and reference is made to Chinese invention patent No. ZL02149256.5 entitled “Intelligent Heat-Pipe Double-Phase Change Electric Heater” (authorized publication No. CN1223795C), the heater, comprising electric heating pipes, heat sinks, a water microparticle humidifier for humidification, a negative ion generator for air purification and the like, has the functions of adjusting indoor air temperature and humidity and purifying the air.
- Referring to Chinese invention patent No. ZL200620085317.0 entitled “Electric Heating and Warming Humidifier” (authorized publication No. CN2921655Y), it comprises a water tank with electric heating pipes arranged therein, temperature control boxes are fixed on the sides of the water tank with a humidity dissipating port arranged thereon, the electric heating pipes are connected with a power plug via circuits, the configuration is the patent is quite simply, rendering undesirable effect. Similar reference can be made to CN2913908Y.
- Further referring to Chinese invention patent No. ZL200720056152.9 entitled “A Wall-mounted Humidification Electric Heater” (authorized publication No. CN201106923Y), it is composed of a shell, a water tank, an air pipe and a heating assembly, characterized in that an atomizing device connected to water outlets on the water tank is arranged at the side of the water tank, the output port of the atomizing device is connected to the air pipe, a mist outlet nozzle is arranged on the output port of the air pipe, a mounted fixing clip is arranged at the back of the heater body. An object of humidification is realized by the atomizing device.
- As an improvement, application No. 200710078328.5 of Chinese invention patent application entitled “Air Warmer With Humidifying Function” (publication No.: CN101029772A), in the application, ambient air driven by a rotating wind wheel assembly flows through a heating element, part of heated air is released directly into the environment and part thereof flows to the water tank via a first air duct, the hot air with water vapor in the water tank flows to the air outlet of the warmer body from a second air duct, and is released into the environment for air humidification, thus it is possible to keep humid in air while heating.
- An object of the invention is to provide a simulation electric fireplace having simulation effect of flames, which can produce real smoke, provide humidification and heating functions while producing hot air to ensure environment humidity. The electric fireplace is composed of three components, 1. a heating assembly: composed of a heating coil or an infrared heat pipe or a PTC heating body, and a fan. 2. flame effect-creating assembly: composed of a light-reflecting brush rotated by the motor, a light bulb (or LED light source), a simulation charcoal (or wood), and a plastic sheet flame screen. 3. mist-producing assembly: composed of an ultrasonic atomizer and a mist-blowing fan. Water is atomized by ultrasound waves into mist which is blown out from the charcoal (or wood) by the mist-blowing fan. The blown mist is taken by the heating fan for heating to produce hot air with certain humidity. Three functions, including simulation combustion, mist production, and air heating and humidification, are realized.
- The technical solution to the technical problem of the present invention described above is that: an electronic ultrasonic generator atomizes water to create smoke effect. Mist is taken into the heating device for heating and added into heated air, thereby ensuring certain humidity and temperature of the air and making living environment more comfortable; simulation combustion effect is created at the same time, because the mist leads to higher simulation of combustion. The present invention is suitable for all simulation fireplaces, including mobile, embedded, and wall-mounted ones.
- Working principles of the invention: water is atomized with ultrasonic waves produced by electronic vibration principle, the mist is blown out from the multiholes on the simulation charcoal by a mist blowing fan for simulating the “smoke” produced by charcoal (or wood) combustion.
- The “smoke” outlet is communicated with the air inlet of the hot air fan; the “smoke” is taken into the air fan and delivered into the heating body where it is heated to release into the air, thereby generating air with certain humidity and temperature. The combustion simulation device arranged in the shell is composed of a frame, simulation wood, a glass plate, a flame plate, and an electronic flame source, wherein the frame in which the glass plate is arranged is arranged in the shell, the simulation wood is arranged in front of the glass plate, behind which a flame plate is arranged, a plurality of flame-shaped through holes are formed on the flame plate, it is characterized in that the electronic flame source is composed of a support and a plurality of incandescent bulbs (or LED lamp bead rows) and a control circuit, the plurality of incandescent bulbs (or LED lamp bead rows)are connected via wires and connected with the control circuit comprising a remote control transmitter and a remote control receiver.
- Preferably, the ultrasonic atomizer and the mist blowing fan blow out mist from the multiholes on the simulation charcoal to create smoke effect. Simulation effect of the fireplace is thus more realistic.
- Preferably, the present invention employs the ultrasonic principle for water atomization, which brings in ornamental effect while conditioning air humidity and temperature for most comfortable living environment.
- Compared with the prior art, advantages of the present invention are that: the smoke effect of charcoal (or wood) combustion is created based on the principle of ultrasonic atomization principle, achieving more vivid simulation effect. The mist is directly added into the air for conditioning the humidity and temperature to make the living environment more comfortable. The phenomenon that dewdrops are formed around the humidifier during use is drastically avoided.
- Three functions, including heating, humidification and ornamental use, are realized within one machine, and comprehensive energy consumption rate is high; the humidifying device is optimized, and has small installation volume and good security, and the air purification function is realized through application of filters and germicidal lamps and photocatalysts.

FIGS. 1-3 , a simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions, comprises a shell, air inlets andoutlets 1, and a heating device 2, wherein the air inlets andoutlets 1 and the heating device 2 powered on for heat provision are arranged in the shell; the air outlets are arranged in the shell; the shell further includes afan 3, a combustion simulation device and an ultrasonic atomizer 4 communicated with the multihole mist outlet on the simulation charcoal 5,water mist 10 generated by the ultrasonic atomizer enters an air exhaust cavity in the shell via a mist blowing fan 9, and is heated by the heating device, and then exhausted via the air outlets, a water tank 6 is mounted above the ultrasonic atomizer 4, the air outlets comprise a hot air channel used for sending out hot air and communicated with a first air outlet, and an air inlet channel, communicated with the multihole mist outlet in the simulation charcoal, of the ultrasonic atomizer, the combustion simulation device is composed of a frame arranged in the shell, simulation wood 5, a glass plate arranged in the frame, aflame plate 7, an electronic flame source and a light-reflectingbrush 8, wherein the simulation wood is arranged in front of the glass plate, behind which theflame plate 7 is arranged, a plurality of flame-shaped through holes are formed in theflame plate 7, the electronic flame source is composed of a support arranged behind the flame plate, a plurality of incandescent bulbs or LED lamp bead rows, and a control circuit, the plurality of incandescent bulbs or LED lamp bead rows are connected through wires and connected with the control circuit comprising a remote control transmitter, a remote control receiver and a processing control circuit. - The heating device is arranged in the hot air channel, the humidifying air channel is arranged on the lower side of the middle part of the hot air channel and is communicated with an air inlet of a heating fan for heating the atomized air to generate air with certain humidity and temperature. The humidifying device comprises a sink, a water bottle for providing water to the sink; a water guide trough disposed above the sink and having a through aperture and a water guide part; a water valve used for feeding water in the sink into the water guide trough after being powered on, water is atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer into mist which is blown out from the multihole in the simulation charcoal or the wood through the mist blowing fan, thus the vivid smoke effect is generated.
Claims (3)
1. A simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions, comprising a shell, air inlets and outlets, and a heating device powered on for heat provision, wherein the air inlets and outlets and the heating device are arranged in the shell; the air outlets are arranged in the shell; the shell further includes a fan, a combustion simulation device and an ultrasonic atomizer communicated with a multihole mist outlet in the simulation charcoal, water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer enters the air exhaust cavity in the shell through a mist blowing fan, and is heated by the heating device, and then exhausted through the air outlets, a water tank is mounted above the ultrasonic atomizer, the air outlets comprise a hot air channel used for sending out hot air and communicated with a first air outlet, and an air inlet channel, communicated with the multihole mist outlet in the simulation charcoal, of the ultrasonic atomizer, the combustion simulation device is composed of a frame disposed in the shell, simulation wood, a glass plate disposed in the frame, a flame plate, an electronic flame source and a light-reflecting brush, wherein the simulation wood is disposed in front of the glass plate, behind which the flame plate with a plurality of flame-shaped through holes thereon is arranged, the electronic flame source is composed of a support arranged at rear portion of the flame plate, a plurality of incandescent bulbs or LED lamp bead rows, and a control circuit, the plurality of incandescent bulbs or LED lamp bead rows are connected through wires and connected with the control circuit comprising a remote control transmitter, a remote control receiver and a processing control circuit.
2. The simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions according to claim 1 , wherein, the heating device is disposed in the hot air channel, a humidifying air channel is disposed on the lower side of the middle part of the hot air channel and is communicated with an air inlet of a heating fan for heating the atomized air to generate air with certain humidity and temperature.

The simulation electric fireplace having mist, humidifying and heating functions according to claim 1 , wherein, a humidifying device comprises a sink, and a water bottle for supplying water to the sink; a water guide trough disposed above the sink and having a through aperture and a water guide part; a water valve used for feeding water in the sink into the water guide trough after being powered on, water is atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer, the mist is blown out from the multihole in the simulation charcoal or the wood through the mist blowing fan, thus the vivid smoke effect is generated.
