Abstract
The present invention is to provide the punching capable modeled objects with surface layers of forming material. They mainly use the forming material as the surface layers, and the inner layers are modeled objects used for entertainment composed of the non air-permissible and sealed thin material and set with a punching hole penetrating out through the surface layers. Through the hollow design, the said modeled objects can be air-punched into three-dimensional form while expecting to be used and can be stored or packaged delivery in a pressing-flat form to achieve the purposes of saving the required material in producing the modeled objects, reducing the volume required for storing and delivering the modeled objects, and largely reducing the production cost.
Description
- The so-called modeled objects in the present case indicates the three-dimensional modeled objects for entertainment usage such as toy ball or lovely animal's modeled objects (as shown in
FIG. 1 ) for children. And, this kind of modeled objects generally adopts a design of integral solid body or stuffed solid body. However, the solid modeled objects have their disadvantages, that is, they occupy lager space while stored and consume larger volume while packaged delivery. It thus causes the problems of inconvenient storage or a raise in transportation cost. And, they consume more material due to the design of solid body and thus increase the production cost. It really is not ideal and waits to be improved. - The punching capable modeled objects with surface layers of forming material in the present invention mainly adopt a design of hollow modeled object. The polyurethane (PU) material is used to form modeled objects with surface layers and they are non-air-permissible and sealed. The thin material set with air-punching hole is used as an inner layer such that the modeled objects can be stored or delivered in a thin form to achieve a saving in the material required to produce the modeled objects and a reduction in the volume required to store or deliver the modeled objects. And, the production cost is largely reduced.

FIGS. 1 and 2 are outside appearance diagrams of the modeled objects. -
FIG. 3 is a sectional diagram of modeled objects in the structural form while not been air-punched in the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a sectional diagram of modeled objects in the structural form after being air-punched in the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a sectional diagram of modeled objects in the structural form after being fully and tightly air-punched in the present invention. -
FIG. 6 is an embodiment of the modeled object in the present invention. - Please refer to those shown in
FIG. 3 . It is a description of the present invention that uses sphere shaped modeled object as the structure implementation. The said modeledobject 1 is including asurface layer 10 and aninner layer 20. Thesurface layer 10 is made of forming material and has a form of soft nature. Theinner layer 20 is made of non-air-permissible material and is formed as a hollow body. And, theinner layer 20 is set with a air-punching hole 30 penetrating out through thesurface layer 10. Through the design of hollow-softnatured surface layer 10 with forming material and the hollowinner layer 20 with thin material, the said modeledobject 1 can be air-punched into a pressing-flat form for convenient storage or packaged delivery. - Please refer again to those shown in
FIG. 4 . The present invention can utilize a air-punching hole 30 to air-punch the modeledobject 1 such that the modeledobject 1 can be formed into a three dimensional sphere form. The non-air-permissibleinner layer 20 let the modeledobject 1 have no air-leak problem, and the soft-natured surface layer 10 let the sphere modeledobject 1 be more suitable to be played and used by small children. As those shown inFIG. 5 , if we wish to have the said sphere modeledobject 1 be more resembled with an ordinary leather ball having better elasticity, it requires only to proceed a further full air-punching. At this time, the surface layer's 10 PU forming will be compressed and become thinner by the expansion of theinner layer 20 such that thesurface layer 10 with forming material will become tightly rigid, there will thus be better elasticity. - Please refer to those shown in
FIG. 6 . The modeledobject 1 of present invention can also save the use of inner layer and directly over-tape a layer of non-air-permissible material on the inner surface of thesurface layers 10. And, the air-punching hole 30 is also connect-set-jointed directly with thesurface layer 10 to form a modeledobject 1 capable of air-punching.
