Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a hanger loop cloth which has been sewn between a pocket cloth inside of a pocket and a clothing material, and more particularly, to a hanger loop cloth to which a portable telephone, a portable music player or a compact digital camera and a strap are connected so that even if the portable telephone, the portable music player or the compact digital camera comes out and falls from the pocket, the portable telephone, the portable music player or the compact digital camera and the strap are hanged from the piece of the loop cloth which is deformed into a narrow strip shape, thereby prevents the portable telephone, the portable music player or the compact digital camera from falling to a ground or a floor.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENNTION
  • A recent portable telephone or the like is packed with various kinds of personal information. Particularly a portable telephone equipped with a credit appears before the public. Since personal information is lost or flowed out when the portable telephone or the like is broken or is picked up by stranger, as a result of falling to the ground or the floor, falling of the portable telephone or the like must be prevented positively. The hanger loop cloth on the inner side of the pocket is characterized in that falling of the portable telephone or the like can be prevented positively by sewing the hanger loop cloth to the inner side of the pocket and connecting the strap to the hanger loop cloth.
  • Conventionally, as means for preventing falling of the object contained within the pocket, the following structures have been disclosed: in one structure, the object contained within the pocket does not fall by forming a small piece of a cloth in a narrow width, folding the cloth in a reversed U-shape, sewing it to an inner surface of the pocket cloth, and connecting the strap to the small piece of the cloth (see Patent Document 1), or in the other structure, the object contained within the pocket does not fall by providing a D-ring or a round ring near the pocket opening, and connecting the strap to the D-ring or the round ring (Patent Document 2). However, in the former structure, there has been drawbacks such that it is difficult to connect the strap to, or the strength of sewing the small piece of cloth on the pocket cloth cannot be secured since the small piece of cloth has been sewn on the inner surface of the pocket cloth, and in the latter structure, there has been drawbacks such that a sense of discomfort is generated, the appearance of the clothing is poor, and the clothing material is damaged since the hard material is employed for the D-ring or the round ring.

    SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention addresses the drawbacks discussed above, and at the same time, it aims to provide means for securely preventing a portable telephone or the like from falling to a ground or a floor, to any kinds of pockets.
  • In order to solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a hanger loop cloth being capable of preventing a portable telephone or the like from falling to a ground or a floor, wherein the hanger loop is made by a piece of cloth having a narrow width which is formed into a loop shape and folded into an octagonal shape, to be sewn to the position between a pocket cloth inside of a pocket and a clothing material so that the portable telephone or the like and the strap are hanged from the loop cloth deformed into the narrow strip shape even if the portable telephone or the like is coming out or falling from the pocket.
  • According to the present invention, it has extremely useful effects that in summer when there are people who do not wear a jacket frequently, and people who regularly wear a jacket but dressed lightly (what is called “cool biz” in Japan), even in the case where the portable telephone or the like contained in the pocket comes out of the pocket by some chance, falling of the portable telephone or the like can be prevented. Further the portable telephone or the like and the strap can be integrally accommodated within the pocket at the time when the portable telephone or the like is not operated, and the portable telephone or the like can be instantly taken out and operated at the time when the portable telephone or the like need to be operated.
  • In addition to these effects described above, the following effects can be obtained.
  • (1) Since a hanger loop being inside of the pocket, according to the present invention, was sewn after the small piece of the cloth formed into a loop shape has been folded into an octagonal shape, and since the loop has a two-step variability in that it is deformed into a narrow strip shape in the longitudinal direction after it has been deformed into a horizontally widened octagonal shape because its horizontal width is widened at the time when the strap is connected to, one portion of the piece of the loop cloth can be taken out from the upper rim of the opening of the pocket, or can be brought to the point near the opening of the pocket, therefore it is easy to connect the strap to the piece of the loop cloth.
  • (2) For the hanger loop according to the present invention, the size of the portion of the loop sewn between the pocket cloth and the clothing material is short in a state where the loop is deformed into the horizontally widened octagonal shape, however, the size of the portion of the loop sewn can be made longer if the vertical width is widened and deformed into a vertically widened octagonal shape. In other words, the size of the portion to be sewn can be optionally set regardless of the width of the piece of the loop cloth, sufficient strength can be secured for sewing the piece of the loop cloth. It should be noted that as for the hanger loop according to the present invention, an inverse proportion relationship is found in such states that the variable area in the vertical direction becomes smaller, as described in the paragraph of (1), when the size of the portion to be sewn is made longer when it is folded in a vertically widened octagonal shape, on the other hand, the variable area in the vertical direction becomes larger when the size of the portion to be sewn is made shorter when it is folded in a horizontally widened octagonal shape. However, it is possible to maintain the variable area in the vertical direction to be larger by the method that the size of the portion to be sewn remains shorter in a state that the loop has the vertically widened octagonal shape. Furthermore, by the method of sewing only an upper portion of the loop cloth, even though deformation to the horizontally widened octagonal shape cannot be made, the variable area in the vertical direction can be maximized.
  • (3) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, since it is possible that deformation from the octagonal loop shape at the time when the strap is not connected to, to a double-folded narrow strip shape at the time when the strap is prevented from falling, a load to the pocket cloth at the time when preventing from falling to is lessen and the strength of the piece of the loop cloth itself can be also secured.
  • (4) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, since the right side of the hanger loop is sewn between the pocket cloth and the clothing material, the stitching does not appear inside and outside of the pocket, therefore the appearance of the clothing does not become poor.
  • (5) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, since its material is a soft cloth, it is possible to fold the hanger loop within the pocket. Furthermore, since the hanger loop is not disturbing, and is integrated with the pocket of the clothing, a sense of use and the good appearance can be maintained as usual.
  • (6) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, even in the case where the hanger loop is applied to a clothing which is frequently washed, since there is no possibility that the clothing is damaged, and that the durable period of the clothing is shortened, the durable period can be secured as usual.
  • (7) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, it also applies to an outing shirt. No sense of discomfort is perceived.
  • (8) As for the hanger loop according to the present invention, the structure is extremely simple, the number of processes is few, and the cost of the materials is low.
  • In the advantages described above, the effects of the present invention are great.

  • One embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to a chest pocket in detail based on the drawings.
  • A hanger loop cloth according to the present invention is made by forming a small piece of narrow width cloth into a loop shape and folding the loop shape into an octagonal shape. A right side of a hanger loop cloth 3 is sewn between a pocket cloth 1 and a clothing material 2 as the hanger loop cloth shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2.
  • Since the hanger loop cloth according to the present invention is made of a cloth, it is folded into an octagonal shape as the hanger loop cloth 3 shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 at the time when the portable telephone or the like and the strap are not connected to. Moreover, the hanger loop cloth 3 is possible to be deformed from an octagonal shape into an oval shape shown in FIG. 3 at the time when the portable telephone or the like and the strap are connected onto.
  • An enlarged view showing the hanger loop cloth according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 4. The hanger loop cloth 3 is possible to be deformed from a flat octagonal shape shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 into a three-dimensional oval shape shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 4 at the time when it has been stretched for the purpose of connecting the strap and the portable telephone or the like, and it is possible to be deformed into a narrow strip shape shown in FIG. 6 at the time when falling of the portable telephone or the like is prevented.
  • At the time when the cloth of the chest pocket 1 is sewn using the thread 5 onto the clothing material 2, as shown in FIG. 5, the hanger loop cloth inside of the pocket of the present invention is accomplished by a method in which it is sewn by inserting the hanger loop cloth 3 into a position between the cloth of the chest pocket 1 and the clothing material 2. Moreover, the hanger loop cloth inside of the pocket according to the present invention is accomplished also by a method in which the cloth of the chest pocket 1 on which the hanger loop cloth 3 has been sewn further is sewn on the clothing material 2, or by a method in which the cloth of the chest pocket 1 is sewn so that the hanger loop cloth 3 is covered after the hanger loop cloth 3 has been sewn onto the clothing material 2.
  • Even in the case where the portable telephone or the like accommodated in the chest pocket comes out of the pocket by some chance, since the portable telephone or the like and the strap have been hanged from the loop cloth 3 deformed in a narrow strip shape as shown in FIG. 6, falling of the portable telephone or the like to the ground or the floor can be prevented.
  • In the embodiment of the present invention, although the hanger loop cloth has been sewn between the right side of the pocket cloth 1 of the chest pocket and the clothing material 2, the position to be sewn can optionally be either at right side or left side.
  • Materials comprising the hanger loop cloth 3 include cotton, hemp, silk, wool and a chemical fiber. These materials may be the same materials as the clothing material and the pocket cloth, however, it is preferable that a chemical fiber which is not torn by the shock of falling of the portable telephone or the like is used. Moreover, as for the color of the hanger loop cloth 3, it is preferable to have a same color with that of the pocket.
  • As for the thread 5 which is used between the pocket 1 and the clothing material 2 sandwiching the hanger loop cloth 3 between them, it is preferable that a chemical fiber which is not torn even by the shock of falling of the portable telephone or the like is used.
  • One example of the preferable embodiment of the present invention has been described above, however, the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiment, it is possible that changes and applications are carried out.
  • The present invention can give the means for securely preventing the portable telephone or the like from falling to the ground or the floor to any kinds of pockets with a simple structure and at a lower cost.
