A combination as described in .c1aim 2fin which the end of the'guide lineis attached to the head pulley mounting means by a thumb screw whereby the length of the guide line may readily be changed to adjust the tension of said clothes line. 8. A combination as described in claim 2 having a spring latch for locking said head pulley mounting means in the outer position.
