The invention relates to receptacles and has as an object the provision ofa receptacle adapted to contain the various cosmetics demanded by ladies.
c A further object of the invention is to providea receptacle having compartments especially designed to carry a variety of cosmetics, lotions and the like.
It is a further object of the invention to 10 provide a receptacle of the character described having provision for carrying the cosmetics which may be desirable to transport when traveling. 1

tion, a casing having a plurality of sockets interiorly of its bottom, containers seatin in certain of said sockets and of less height than said casing, a tray of less area than the cross section of said casing and resting .on said containers, a container seating in a remainling socket rising substantially to the upper edge of the casing and extending upwardly past said tray.

A receptaclecomprising, in combination, a casing having a plurality of sockets interiorly of its bottom, containers seating in certain of said sockets, the depth of said certain sockets and the height of said containers being so related as to cause the tops of the containers to fall substantially in the same plane, a tray having container receiving sockets, said tray of less area than that of the cross section of the casing and resting on said containers, and a container seated in .a remaining bottom socket and rising past said tray to substantially the top of said casing.
3. A receptacle comprising. in combination, a casing having a plurality of sockets interiorly of its bottom, containers seating in certain of said sockets with their tops sub stantially in a common plane, hollow sleeves seating in other of said sockets with their upper edges lying in said plane, a tray fitting with aportion of the ,innersuriace ofsaid casing and supported partially on said containers and having a nonfitting edge lying on the upper edges'of said sleeves, containers in said sleeved sockets rising past said'tray and removable without disturbing said tray.
4. A receptacle comprising, in combination, a substantially cylindrical casing having sockets interiorly of its bottom, containers in certain of said sockets with their tops-substantially in a common plane,-sleeves seatingin the remaining sockets with their upper edges in said plane, a tray fitting with a portion of saidcasing and supported partially upon said containers and partially upon said sleeves, the non-fitting portion of-said tray flattened to lie in a vertical planeoverlapping the inner surfaces of said sleeves and containers in said sleeved sockets having flattened portions rising past the flattened portion of said tray substantially to the top' of said casing.
