Be it l known that I, JOSEPH REIeH, a British subject, residing at Berkeley, 1n the county ot'l Alameda and State of California,.
have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Spark Plugs, of which the following is a specification.-
My` invention is an improved spark plug constructed with improved means for cleaning its electrodes. l
Referring to the annexed drawing in whichmy invention is illustrated and which forms apartof this specification:

The points 10 are spaced circumferentially and diametrically-and each point convexlfges inwardly to edges 11 from the upper end of which edges the*l inner surfaces 12 ofk the points which are opposite each other diverge upwardly. A spring 25 surrounds said rod between the upper end of the sleeve 14 and the under side of the handle 22 and lholds the rod in its uppermost position with the closure 21 upon its seat 18 and the electrode 2O slightly above the diverging electrode surfaces 12.
