Be it known that I, HERMAN SACHS, ii citizen of the United States residing at Chicavo, in the county of Cook and Stute of Illinoi's, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Bloomers,of which the following is'a specification.

One objectA of, myinvention is to provide a method of manufacturing bloomers wherein gill cutting to shape is obviated and the rirai-ment is made by vi'orliing along straight lines both in the cutting and sewing of the 'farniente'.`
