Application filed December 16, 1918. Serial No. 266,947.
In the drawing Figure 1 is a view of a Y toy soldier embodying my invention, Fig. 2 a sectional view of the base stand and joint, and Fig. 3 a perspective view of the base stand.
My base stand comprises a fiat piece of I sheet metal 1 with an integral lug 2 struck up at right angles therefrom in simulation of a foot as far as the first, or ankle joint. The leg 3 is movably joined to the struck up copies of this patent may be obtained for five cents each, by addressing the Commissioner of Patents,-

I claim A. toy figure comprising several members movably joined together and a fiat base plate provided with an integral struck-up lug at right angles thereto said lug forming one of the elements of the figure and also forming a pivoting lug, said lug being movably joined to the figure members.
