Abstract
The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used for instance at making chemical, nuclear or thermonuclear reactors, burning devices, continuous pouring liquid metals, target that undergo effect of X-ray, laser and other radiations. Method for making cooling device for construction includes provision of channels in body of construction, installation in channels of pipes for circulating cooling liquid and placement of heat conductive pads made of material that includes carbon.
