Abstract
A method of treating transient ischemic attack, including the use of drugs, with the first day of treatment additionally administered magnesium sulfate solution of 4 g in normal saline 200 ml for 15 minutes followed by a 24-hour infusion tserakson 1000 mg per 200 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution 1 time per day intravenously 5-7 days, followed by 500 mg daily intramuscularly for 7-10 days 75 mg clopidogrel from 1 to 48 hours per day for 90 days.
