Abstract

A method for surgical treatment of intestinal stoma comprises the laporotomy, abdominoscopy, isolation of colon colostomy end from abdominal stoma, ileum cutting in transversal direction, placing the cuted ileum adducting end at the transverse colon, forming of ileotransverse anastomosis between the cuted ileum adducting end and transverse colon, imitation of natural way for intestinal emptying by lowering of cuted ileum deferens end in a small pelvis.
