Abstract
A method for diagnosing fracture healing comprises a clinical examination, radiography, determination of homocysteine, CRP and IL-6 content in serum in physiological terms of fracture healing. With the content of homocysteine, CRP and IL-6 constituting < 10 mmol/l, 3.5-5 mg/l and 3,3-8,0 ng/l respectively, the fracture is diagnosed as healed.
