Abstract
A method for treating the chronic pelvic pain in adenomyosis provides for three-month course of the compositions containing the biologically active substances indol-3-carbinol and epigallocatechin-3-gallate starting from the first day of the menstrual cycle for 3-6 months at a daily dose of 200-400 mg. The drug containing ulipristale acetate is also used at a daily dose of 2.5-10 mg depending on the severity of the pain syndrome.
