Abstract
Изделие из инструментальной стали для холодной обработки, полученное из спрессованного в атмосфере азота в горячем изостатическом состоянии предварительно легированного порошка. Сплав изделия содержит добавку ниобия, которая в сочетании с использованием газового распыления обеспечивает мелкую гранулометрию карбида. Это, в свою очередь, обеспечивает лучшее сопротивление изгибу и ударную вязкость. Кроме того, в результате изостатического прессования распыленного в атмосфере азота предварительно легированного порошка, мелкая гранулометрия карбидов позволяет получать микроструктуру, имеющую лучшую ударную вязкость и износостойкость.
