Abstract

The invention relates to means for mining-processing industry for concentration of raw material obtained at development of technogenous deposits formed as result of filling slugs of metallurgical enterprises or non-condition ores of enterprises for underground and open-pit development of mineral beds. Device for separation of technogenous raw material represented by metal-containing wastes or non-condition ores has receiving hopper, feeder-dozer, conveyor, system for measurement of useful component in initial raw material, separation device, receiving hoppers for mineral components of raw material that includes useful component and empty rock. Device has as well vibro-layers arranged with possibility of formation on conveyor band of layer of separated one from another lumps of initial raw material. Drive of vibro-laying device is connected to block for laying control that includes frequency transformers and arranged with possibility of change of rate of rotation of drive of feeder-dozer, conveyor and, respectively, change of level of filling of conveyor band with lumps of raw material depending on physical-mechanical parameters and granulometric composition. Over or under conveyor band measuring system if placed, this is connected to electronic computer block arranged with possibility of identification of coordinates of lumps of raw material and geometric dimensions of those by means of indicator of displacement that interacts with working branch of conveyor band or one of rollers of conveyor. End unloading section of conveyor includes separation device arranged as system of placed in rows nozzles connected to source of high-rate flow and to electronic computer block arranged with possibility of opening valves of nozzles and supply of liquid or gas there. The invention provides separation of raw material in broad range of physical-chemical properties and granulometric composition and qualitative characteristics of content of useful component.
