Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy of iron and is directed for semikilled steel production process improvement with its smelting in melting facility and deoxidation and microalloying of its semiproduct in the ladle, intended, for example, for furniture of concrete-steel constructions. A method includes its smelting, deoxidation with ferromanganese and microalloying of semiproduct by the introduction of ferro-alloys into the ladle during its filling with the liquid metal.
