A method comprises smelting, discharge of metal to the ladle with cutting-off of converter slag, addition of slag-forming mixture, ferroalloys and deoxidizing agents.. And also equalizing blowing with neutral gas through tuyere immersed to metal, correction of chemical composition of slag and metal, desulphhurization and modifying with powder-like reagents, pouring to machines of continuous melt blank.
