Abstract
Способ грануляции из жидкой фазы предусматривает введение в заполненный гранулами аппарат подогретого газообразного сжижающего агента с образованием псевдосжиженного слоя. В объеме последнего распыляют жидкость. В аппарате образовывают циркуляционное движение гранул с центральным восходящим и периферийным нисходящим потоком. Жидкость распиливают до размера капель не больше 0,5 мкм в восходящем потоке гранул. При этом в области распыления жидкости обеспечивают относительную влажность сжижающего агента 100%.
