Abstract

Винахід належить до застосування похідних цистину для одержання лікарських засобів ефективних відносно рестенозу. В цьому винаході використовуються сполуки загальної формули (1): (1) де R - водень, метил, етил, н-пропіл або фрагмент -COR1, де R1 являє собою лінійну або розгалужену алкільну групу, яка включає від 1 до 12 атомів вуглецю, R2 означає лінійну або розгалужену алкільну групу, яка включає від 1 до 12 атомів вуглецю, та R3 являє собою залишок, що обумовлює утворення естерної групи, яка гідролізує в рідинах організму з вивільненням при цьому активної сполуки у вигляді вільної кислоти або їх фізіологічне прийнятної солі та/або стереохімічного ізомеру як засіб для профілактики або лікування рестенозу. Винахід також стосується сполук формули (1), у вигляді їх фізіологічно прийнятних солей, таких як солі натрію, калію, амонію, кальцію або магнію. Він належить також до солей неестерифікованих сполук з фармакологічно прийнятними органічними основами, такими як лізин, етилендіамін, N,N'-дибензилетилендіамін, адамантанамін, N-бензил-2-фенілетиламін та піперазин.
