Abstract
A method for extension of human life using fasting diet comprises preparation period, organism cleaning by the elementary starvation and renovative period with the use of juice-fruit-vegetable diet. The preparation period is carried out during three days at the diminishing of food volume, utilized daily, in two times with an administration of purgatives in the third day. The process of elementary starvation is performed during three, seven or sixteen days with the use of liquid and daily cleansing enema on whole period of starvation. The renovative period is performed subject to the duration of starvation period at the differentiated increase of dietary meal volume of the used dietary meal. Additionally a respiratory gymnastics, which consists in execution of respiratory exercises for the lower, middle and overhead parts of lung, is carried out by the complete filling with air of each part. A respiratory gymnastics is carried out in two stages: first – consistently execute inhalation-exhalation in a rhythm «on an account 5» with a duration of 10-15 minutes and in a rhythm «on an account 10» with a duration of 15-20 minutes; second stage – consistently execute inhalation-delay of inhalation in a rhythm «15-5-15» with a duration of 20-25 minutes and in a rhythm «20-10-20» with a duration of 25-30 minutes, after that physical exercises are executed.
