The invention relates to a method for the detection of DNA of bacteria Chlamydia abortus, Chlamydia pecorum, Chlamydia psittaci causing diseases in domestic dogs in polymerase chain reaction by amplification of gene fragment encoding endoribonuclease P (RNase P RNA) by means of direct primer CHCPF:5'-GGAGAAACTCCAGGGGCCGT-3' and back primer CHCPR:5'-GGCAACCATTCATCTAGGGGA-3' with producing endoribonuclease gene fragment with size of 253 nucleotide pairs.
