Винахід також стосується застосування вказаної композиції та інгалятора її доставки.The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which can be delivered from a metered dose inhaler comprising: a suspension medium comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable propellant; a plurality of active agent particles selected from glycopyrrolate and formoterol and any pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, isomers or solvates thereof; and a plurality of respirable suspendable particles comprising a dry phospholipid particulate material which is substantially insoluble in propellant, wherein a plurality of suspendable particles include perforated microstructures and a plurality of active ingredient particles co-located with a plurality of particles suspended in a suspension medium to form a co-suspension. The invention also relates to the use of the specified composition and the inhaler of its delivery.
