Винахід також стосується застосування вказаної композиції та способу її одержання.The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which can be delivered from a metered dose inhaler comprising: a suspension medium comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable propellant; two or more different types of active agent particles, each of the two types of active agent particles includes a different active agent; the first type of active agent particles comprises an active agent selected from glycopyrrolate, including any of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, isomers or solvates; the second type of active agent particles comprises an active agent selected from formoterol, including any pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, isomers or solvates thereof; and one or more species suitable for inhalation of suspended particles, which include dry phospholipid material in the form of particles, which is practically insoluble in propellant, where one or more types of suspended particles include perforated microstructures, and the first and second active particles the agent and one or more suspended particulate species are co-located in the suspension medium to form a co-suspension. The invention also relates to the use of the specified composition and method for its preparation.
