Abstract
Запропонований спосіб суміщеної плавки і установка для його реалізації належать до галузі спеціальної електрометалургії. Винахід направлений на скорочення тривалості плавки з одночасним забезпеченням ефективної термочасової обробки розплаву. Заявлений винахід включає плавлення шихти і нагрів розплаву в керамічному тиглі індукційним і електронно-променевим методами, при цьому після завалення шихти в тигель і створення в плавильній камері необхідного розрідження здійснюють одночасно нагрів індуктором і електронно-променевими середньо- і низьковакуумною гарматами високовольтного тліючого розряду з холодним катодом, які включають в роботу по черзі в залежності від тиску залишкових газів в плавильній камері, причому нагрів продовжують до досягнення розплавом в тиглі заданої температури перегріву, після чого нагрів припиняють і розплав в тиглі охолоджують до температури розливання, по досягненню якого розплав зливають у форми.The proposed method of combined melting and installation for its implementation belong to the field of specialty electrometallurgy. The claimed invention involves the melting of the charge and the melt heating in the ceramic crucible by induction and electron beam methods, and after the charge is filled into the crucible and the creation in the melting chamber of the necessary vacuum is carried out simultaneously by inductor and electron beam medium and low-vacuum cold gun cathode, which is included in the work in turn, depending on the pressure of the residual gases in the melting chamber, and the heating is continued until the melt in the crucible given the temperature of overheating, after which the heating is stopped and the melt in the crucible is cooled to the pouring temperature, upon which the melt is poured into molds.
