Abstract
1. Способ изготоления изделий из композиционных материалов, включающий изготовление заготовки из пористого углеграфитового материала, формирование на ней шликерного покрытия на основе композиции из порошка металлирующего карбидообразующего агента и временного связующего, металлирование заготовки с последующей карбидизацией металла путем ее нагрева и выдержки в вакууме при температуре завершения карбидизации металла и охлаждение, отличающийся тем, что заготовку размещают внутри замкнутого объема реторты, куда дополнительно устанавливают тигли, заполненные тем же металлом, который является металлирующим агентом в шликерном покрытии или образуется при его термическом разложении; при этом на стадии нагрева или нагрева и охлаждения заготовки тигли с металлом нагревают до более высокой температуры, чем температура заготовки.2.
