Abstract

Способ изготовления изделий из углерод-карбидокремниевого материала, включающий изготовление заготовки из пористого углеграфитового материала, формирование на ней шликерного покрытия на основе композиции из порошка кремния и временного связующего, нагрев ее в вакууме до 1700-1900°С с максимально возможной скоростью в интервале 1300-1650°С с последующей выдержкой в течение 1-3 ч в интервале 1700-1900°С и охлаждением, отличающийся тем, что в садку наряду с заготовкой дополнительно устанавливают тигли с кремнием, по крайней мере часть из которых заполняют порошкообразным кремнием; при этом сборку садки производят в замкнутом объеме ограничительной реторты, а тигли с кремнием нагревают до большей температуры, чем температура силицируемой заготовки.A method of manufacturing products from carbon-carbide-silicon material, including the manufacture of a workpiece from porous carbon-graphite material, forming a slip coating on it based on a composition of silicon powder and a temporary binder, heating it in vacuum to 1700-1900 ° C with a maximum possible speed in the range of 1300- 1650 ° С followed by holding for 1-3 hours in the range of 1700-1900 ° С and cooling, characterized in that crucibles with silicon are additionally installed in the cage along with the billet, at least some of which are filled powdery silicon; in this case, the cages are assembled in a closed volume of the restrictive retort, and the crucibles with silicon are heated to a higher temperature than the temperature of the siliconized workpiece.

Способ изготовления изделий из углерод-карбидокремниевого материала, включающий изготовление заготовки из пористого углеграфитового материала, формирование на ней шликерного покрытия на основе композиции из порошка кремния и временного связующего, нагрев ее в вакууме до 1700-1900°С с максимально возможной скоростью в интервале 1300-1650°С с последующей выдержкой в течение 1-3 ч в интервале 1700-1900°С и охлаждением, отличающийся тем, что в садку наряду с заготовкой дополнительно устанавливают тигли с кремнием, по крайней мере часть из которых заполняют порошкообразным кремнием; при этом сборку садки производят в замкнутом объеме ограничительной реторты, а тигли с кремнием нагревают до большей температуры, чем температура силицируемой заготовки.
