Abstract
The invention relates to the field of metallurgy in particular to the design of the device for the continuous etching of rolled carbon steel strip. The device consists of the etching aggregate that includes units for heating and etching solution regeneration, steel strip for etching, the block with n nozzles for etching solution supplying, optical sensor, the unit for processing optical information and process control, at that the output of the optical sensor is connected to the first input of the unit for processing optical information and process control, the first output of which is connected with the block with nozzles and it is connected to the first control inputs of the n nozzles, and the second output thereof is connected with a dispenser, at that the apparatus additionally comprises a second dispenser and an optical sensor, which output is connected to a second input of the unit for processing optical information and process control, and the etching aggregate additionally comprises a range of submersible etching baths and the second dispenser, to the control input of which dispenser the third output of the unit for processing optical information and process control is connected, at that the first control input of the second dispenser is connected to a concentration adjusting input to the bath, and the second control input of the second dispenser with the other control inputs of the nozzles in the block of nozzles represents n nozzles located on the front and back sides of the steel strip, at that the quantity of the nozzles n is not more than D/d-2, where D – is the width of the steel strip, d – is the geometric diameter of the nozzle. The invention provides improving the quality of etching, reducing energy and material losses of the etching solution, reducing the cost of steel strip etching process by the immediate obtaining expanded evaluation of steel strip etching results using feedback by data parameters, which is a function of etching process parameters and differences of actual values of parameters such as quantity, color, the area of existing defects on the steel strip, their position measurements, compared with approximate data from a database.
