Abstract

A pair of spectacles includes a lens, a frame, two quick-release mechanisms disposed on the frame, and two lens legs. The lens includes a body portion and two clamping portions protruding from the body portion. Each clamping portion is provided with a through slot. Each quick-release mechanism includes a limiting member pivotally connected to the frame, and a locking member pivotally connected to the limiting member. The limiting member can be operated to deflect between a locking position and an unlocking position. When the limiting member is located at the locking position, a portion of the locking member extends through the corresponding through slot and is clamped on the clamping portion to fix the lens on the frame. The present invention relates to a pair of spectacles, in particular to a pair of spectacles with lenses that can be quickly replaced.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the Republic of China Invention Publication No. 202132864 discloses a pair of spectacles 1 with replaceable lenses, which comprises a frame 11, a lens 12 disposed below the frame 11, and a frame 13 detachably mounted on the lower edge of the lens 12. The lens 12 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 121 on the outer edge. The frame 13 is provided with a slot 131 corresponding to the lower edge of the lens 12, and a plurality of latching slots 132 located in the slot 131 and corresponding to the protrusions 121 respectively. The spectacles 1 are arranged with the lens 12 between the frame 11 and the lens frame 13. Therefore, the frame 11 and the lens frame 13 need to be located one above the other on both sides of the lens 12 and are indispensable. Both need to be provided with assembly structures corresponding to the lens 12. This hinders the spectacles 1 from being further lightweight and reducing large components.

In addition, when assembling the glasses 1, the lens 12 must first be mounted below the frame 11 by means of a snap-fit method, and then aligned and placed in the slot 131 of the frame 13, and then the protrusions 121 are snapped into the snap-fitting slots 132, respectively, so that the frame 13 is assembled on the lens 12. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a pair of spectacles which are easy to operate and can quickly replace lenses.

Therefore, the new type of glasses includes a lens, a frame, two quick-release mechanisms, and two temples. The lens includes a body, and two clamping parts protruding from the left and right sides of the body. Each clamping part is provided with a through groove. The frame includes a main frame, and two side frames extending from the left and right sides of the main frame. The main frame is recessed upward to form an embedding groove for the body to be placed in. The quick-release mechanisms are respectively arranged on the side frames, and each quick-release mechanism includes a position-limiting member located in one of the internal spaces and pivotally connected to the side frame, and a locking member located in the internal space and pivotally connected to the position-limiting member. The position-limiting member can be operated to deflect between a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the side frame. When the position-limiting member is located at the locking position, the position-limiting member is close to the side frame, and a portion of the locking member extends through the corresponding through slot and is clamped on the clamping portion to fix the clamping portion on the side frame. When the limiting member is located at the unlocking position, the limiting member is far away from the side frame, the locking member is moved out of the through slot and is no longer clamped on the clamping portion, so that the clamping portion can be removed from the side frame. The mirror legs are respectively hinged to the side frames and extend backwards.

The utility model has the following advantages: when in use, the lens can be quickly removed from the frame by simply moving the limiting members from the locking position to the unlocking position by finger movement. After the lens to be replaced is placed in the embedding groove, the limiting members are moved back from the unlocking position to the locking position to fix the new lens on the frame. The operation is simple and the installation steps are few, which can greatly improve the speed and convenience of replacement. At the same time, the quick-release mechanisms are integrated on the frame, so the number of large components can be reduced to a minimum and the lens is lightweight.

Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, which are an embodiment of the novel eyeglasses, it should be noted that, for the convenience of explaining the directions, the directions of up, down, front, back, inside, outside, etc. described in this embodiment are explained in terms of the directions when the user wears the eyeglasses. The eyeglasses include a lens 2, a frame 3 for mounting the lens 2, two quick-release mechanisms 4 respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the frame 3, two mirror feet 5 respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the frame 3 and located behind the quick-release mechanisms 4, and a nose pad 6 disposed in the center of the frame 3. The lens 2 includes a body 21, and two clamping portions 22 protruding outward from the left and right sides of the body 21. The sheet body 21 defines a recessed space 211 at the center thereof. Referring to Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, the lens frame 3 includes a main frame 31 extending slightly in an arc, and two side frames 32 extending rearward from the left and right sides of the main frame 31. The main frame 31 is recessed from bottom to top to form an embedding groove 311 extending in the left and right direction and for the lens body 21 to be placed in. Each side frame 32 has a shell wall portion 321 connected to the main frame 31 and located on the outer side of the lens 2, a convex portion 322 protruding from the shell wall portion 321 toward the corresponding quick release mechanism 4 (i.e., inward), and a terminal portion 323 connected to the rear end of the shell wall portion 321. The shell wall portion 321 shields the upper and lower sides and the outer side of the quick release mechanism 4. The main frame 31, the shell wall 321 and the end portion 323 cooperate to define an internal space 324 that accommodates one of the clamping portions 22 and the quick release mechanism 4 and is connected to the corresponding through slot 221. The internal space 324 is open toward the other side frame 32 (i.e., inward). The shell wall 321 is recessed away from the lens 2 (i.e., outward) to form a buckle groove 325 that connects the internal space 324 and the through slot 221. The convex portion 322 protrudes into the internal space 324. The end portion 323 is provided with a positioning groove 326 that is connected to the internal space 324.

The limiting member 41 comprises a block portion 411, two pivot portions 412 extending forward from the block portion 411 and respectively located at upper and lower sides of the convex portion 322 and pivotally connected to the convex portion 322, a buckle portion 413 extending rearward and outward from the block portion 411, and a finger-trigger portion 414 extending in a slightly curved manner from the block portion 411 in a direction away from the side frame 32 (i.e., inward). The fastener 42 has a plate portion 421, two transition portions 422 extending backward from the plate portion 421 and respectively located at upper and lower sides of the stopper 41 and pivotally connected to the block portion 411, and a hook portion 423 protruding outward from the plate portion 421 and bent at the end to form a hook shape.

Referring again to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the temples 5 are pivotally mounted on the side frames 32, and each temple 5 includes a bracket 51 hinged on the corresponding end portion 323, and a wearing pad 52 detachably assembled below the bracket 51. The nose pad 6 is located in the setback space 211, and includes an assembly 61 assembled on the sheet body 21, and a pad 62 disposed behind the assembly 61. The wearing pad 52 and the pad 62 can be disassembled and replaced as needed to replace the wearing pad 52 and the pad 62 of different colors, styles, designs, and wearing materials.
