Abstract

A pair of spectacles includes a lens with a through groove on each side, two quick-release mechanisms detachably disposed on the lens, and two temples disposed on the quick-release mechanisms. Each quick-release mechanism includes a side housing, a buckle pivoted in the side housing, and a spring with two ends respectively pressing against the side housing and the buckle. The buckle has an extension plate, two pivots extending outward from the upper and lower sides of the extension plate and pivoted on the side housing, and a hook protruding outward from the front end of the extension plate. The spring pushes the extension plate to allow the hook portion to extend into the slot and hook the lens. The user can press the extension plate to move the hook portion out of the slot, thereby removing the quick-release mechanism from the lens, thereby achieving the effect of quickly replacing the lens.

The present invention relates to a pair of spectacles, in particular to a pair of spectacles capable of quickly assembling and disassembling lenses.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the Republic of China Invention Publication No. 202132864 discloses a pair of spectacles 1 with replaceable lenses, which comprises a frame 11, a lens 12 disposed below the frame 11, and a frame 13 detachably mounted on the lower edge of the lens 12. The lens 12 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 121 on the outer edge. The frame 13 is provided with a slot 131 corresponding to the lower edge of the lens 12, and a plurality of latching slots 132 located in the slot 131 and corresponding to the protrusions 121 respectively. The spectacles 1 are arranged with the lens 12 between the frame 11 and the lens frame 13, so the frame 11 and the lens frame 13 need to be placed one above the other on both sides of the lens 12 and are indispensable, which hinders the spectacles 1 from being further lightened and having fewer large components.

In addition, when assembling the glasses 1, the lens 12 must first be mounted below the frame 11 by means of a snap-fit method, and then aligned and placed in the slot 131 of the frame 13, and then the protrusions 121 are snapped into the snap-fitting slots 132, respectively, so that the frame 13 is assembled on the lens 12. Although the glasses 1 can achieve the effect of replacing lenses 12 or frames 13 with different functions such as sun protection, safety, and special appearance, in order to stably connect the frame 13 to the lens 12, the number of the protrusions 121 is often more than four, so multiple forces are required to snap the protrusions 121 into the snap-fitting slots 132, respectively, and the installation steps are complicated and difficult to operate. At the same time, during the replacement process, it is necessary to apply force to the lens 12 multiple times or hold the lens 12 while applying force, which will increase the risk of the lens 12 being damaged during the replacement process.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a pair of spectacles with quickly replaceable lenses.

Therefore, the new type of eyeglasses includes a lens, two quick-release mechanisms detachably arranged on the lens, and two temples. The lens includes a body portion, and two clamping portions protruding from the left and right sides of the body portion. Each clamping portion is provided with a through groove. Each quick-release mechanism includes a side shell corresponding to one of the clamping portions, a fastener pivotally arranged in the side shell, and a spring with two ends respectively pressing against the side shell and the fastener. The side shell defines a setting space for accommodating the fastener and the spring, and an embedding groove connected to the setting space and opened forward for the clamping portion to extend into.

The lock has an extension plate, two pivots extending outward from the upper and lower sides of the extension plate and pivoted on the side housing, and a hook portion protruding outward from the front end of the extension plate. The spring pushes the extension plate so that the hook portion extends into the through slot and hooks the clamping portion. The mirror legs are respectively hinged to the side housings and extend backwards.

The effect of the present invention is that the user can compress the spring by pressing the extension plate, thereby allowing the fastener to swing inward relative to the side housing, so that the hook portion is moved out of the through slot and no longer hooked on the clamping portion, so that the quick release mechanism together with the corresponding temple can be detached from the lens, thereby achieving the effect of quickly replacing the lens. The operation is simple and there will be no problem of damaging the lens due to improper force. The lens does not need to be matched with a frame, so the required components can be greatly reduced to achieve the effect of lightweight.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , an embodiment of the novel eyeglasses includes a lens 2, two quick-release mechanisms 3 disposed on opposite sides of the lens 2, two temples 4 pivoted on the quick-release mechanisms 3, and a nose pad 5 detachably assembled on the lens 2. The lens 2 includes a body 21, and two clamping portions 22 protruding outward from the left and right sides of the body 21. The body 21 defines a recessed space 211 located at the center of the body 21. Each clamping portion 22 is provided with a through slot 221. The through slot 221 may or may not penetrate the clamping portion 22.

Referring to Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, each quick release mechanism 3 includes a side housing 31 corresponding to one of the clamping parts 22, a fastener 32 pivotally mounted in the side housing 31, and a spring 33 with two ends respectively pressing against the side housing 31 and the fastener 32. The side housing 31 has a housing wall 312 defining a setting space 311 with an opening facing inward, a convex tenon 313 protruding inwardly from the housing wall 312 into the setting space 311 and for the spring 33 to be sleeved, and an end portion 314 connected to the rear end of the housing wall 312 and for one of the temples 4 to pivot. The front end of the shell wall portion 312 forms an embedding groove 315 that is open forward and connected to the setting space 311. The embedding groove 315 allows the corresponding clamping portion 22 to extend through, so that the clamping portion 22 extends into the setting space 311 and the through groove 221 is located in the setting space 311. The end portion 314 forms a positioning groove 316 that is connected to the setting space 311.

4, 5, and 6, the lock member 32 has an extension plate portion 321, two pivot portions 322 extending outward from the upper and lower sides of the extension plate portion 321 and pivotally disposed on the housing wall portion 312, a hook portion 323 protruding outward from the front end of the extension plate portion 321, a limiting wall portion 324 protruding outward from the extension plate portion 321 and surrounding the tenon portion 313, and a positioning plate portion 325 protruding backward from the rear end of the extension plate portion 321 and extending into the positioning groove 316. The limiting wall portion 324 surrounds a groove 326 for the spring 33 to extend. The spring 33 is sleeved on the tenon portion 313 and one end facing outward abuts against the housing wall portion 312, while one end facing inward extends into the groove 326 and abuts against the extension plate portion 321. Although the tenon portion 313 extends into the groove 326 in this embodiment, the tenon portion 313 may also be located outside the groove 326 during actual manufacturing, as long as the tenon portion 313 and the groove 326 are coaxially arranged. The tenon portion 313 and the groove 326 can be used to position the spring 33 to prevent the spring 33 from being displaced or accidentally disengaged, and the design of the tenon portion 313 extending into the groove 326 can further improve the positioning effect.

Referring again to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , each temple 4 includes a bracket 41 pivotally connected to the corresponding end portion 314, and a wearing pad 42 detachably assembled below the bracket 41. The nose pad 5 includes an assembly 51 assembled on the body portion 21 and located in the setback space 211, and a pad 52 disposed behind the assembly 51. The wearing pad 42 and the pad 52 can be replaced as needed to replace the wearing pad 42 and the pad 52 of different colors, styles, designs, and wearing materials.

Referring again to FIGS. 2 , 3 , and 4 , the spring 33 pushes against the extension plate portion 321 through its elastic restoring force to apply a torque to the extension plate portion 321 with the pivot portions 322 as the rotation axis, wherein the torque direction of the extension plate portion 321 located on the right side (based on the direction of the user after wearing the glasses) is downward (determined according to the right-hand rule), and the torque direction of the extension plate portion 321 located on the left side is upward (determined according to the right-hand rule). This torque forces the hook portion 323 to extend into the through slot 221 as shown in FIG. 4 and hook the clamping portion 22. At the same time, the positioning plate portion 325 located in the positioning groove 316 will also lean inward against the end portion 314, so that the locking member 32 will not continue to deflect. At this time, the lens 2 is fixed on the quick release mechanisms 3.

Referring to FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 , and FIG. 7 , the user can press the rear end of the extension plate portion 321 to compress the spring 33 and give the extension plate portion 321 a torque in the opposite direction, which will cause the lock member 32 to swing in the opposite direction, so that the hook portion 323 is removed from the through slot 221 as shown in FIG. 7 and the clamping portion 22 is no longer hooked, so that the quick release mechanism 3 together with the temple 4 disposed on the quick release mechanism 3 can be removed from the lens 2, and the aforementioned operation can be performed again to remove another quick release mechanism 3, so that the lens 2 can be quickly replaced in a simple and labor-saving operation manner, and damage to the glasses caused by improper force can be avoided.

In summary, the present invention can achieve the effect of quickly replacing the lens 2 through the quick-release mechanisms 3, the operation is simple and there will be no problem of damaging the lens 2 due to improper force application, and the lens 2 does not need to be matched with other frame designs, so the required components can be greatly reduced to achieve the effect of lightweight, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (5)

A pair of spectacles, comprising: a lens, including a body, and two clamping parts protruding from the left and right sides of the body, each clamping part is provided with a through groove; two quick-release mechanisms, respectively detachably arranged on the lens, each quick-release mechanism comprising a side shell corresponding to one of the clamping parts, a fastener pivotally arranged in the side shell, and a spring with two ends respectively pressing against the side shell and the fastener, the side shell defines a setting space for accommodating the fastener and the spring, and a spring connected to the setting space. The locking part has an extended plate, two pivots extending outward from the upper and lower sides of the extended plate and pivoted on the side housing, and a hook protruding outward from the front end of the extended plate. The spring pushes the extended plate so that the hook is extended into the through groove to hook the locking part; and two mirror legs are respectively hinged to the side housings and extend backward. The eyeglasses as described in claim 1, wherein the side shell of each quick-release mechanism has a shell wall portion defining the setting space and the embedding groove, and an end portion connected to the rear end of the shell wall portion and for one of the temples to be pivoted, the end portion forming a positioning groove connected to the setting space, and the fastener also having a positioning plate portion protruding rearwardly from the extension plate portion and extending into the positioning groove. The eyeglasses as described in claim 1, wherein the side shell seat of each quick-release mechanism has a shell wall portion defining the setting space and the embedding groove, and a tenon portion protruding inwardly from the shell wall portion into the setting space and for the spring to be mounted, and the fastener also has a limiting wall portion protruding outwardly from the extension plate portion and surrounding the tenon portion, and the limiting wall portion surrounds a groove for the spring to be extended. The glasses as described in claim 1, wherein each temple includes a bracket pivotally connected to the corresponding side shell, and a wearing pad detachably assembled under the bracket. The glasses as described in claim 1, wherein the body of the lens defines a recessed space that is recessed from bottom to top, and the glasses also include a nose pad that is detachably assembled on the body and located in the recessed space, the nose pad including an assembly part assembled on the body, and a pad body disposed behind the assembly part.
