此處,以如上文實例中之量評估部分A調配物中之多種促進劑。按實例中上述形式使用部分B調配物。下表H展示針對部分B調配物及具有不同促進劑中之每一者之部分A調配物中之每一者所觀察到的顏色,及在將部分A調配物與部分B調配物混合之後所觀察到的顏色。值得注意的係,雖然經混合之部分A及部分B之顏色在各種情況下改變,但在所有情況中僅一種改變為可預測的(例如將藍色溶液添加至黃色溶液產生綠色最終產物)。在含THQ二醇之部分B中,經混合部分A及部分B之顏色改變產生血紅顏色。表 H
在下表I中,展示與部分B調配物混合之部分A調配物中所使用之促進劑及其膠凝時間及達至發熱之時間(各自以分鐘為單位)且記錄在發熱期間達到之最大溫度。此處,可見僅具有THQ二醇之部分A調配物顯示超過5分鐘之膠凝時間及4分鐘或更少之達至發熱之時間,以及當與部分B調配物混合時,所評估之實現膠凝時間及達至發熱之時間之所有促進劑之所達到的最低最大溫度。膠凝時間可視為凝固時間,其對於最終使用者而言理想地較大,因為其允許最終使用者在製造總成時更加靈活,該等總成可能在維度上較大或在設計上錯綜複雜。期望達至發熱之時間段較短,以使得一旦開始固化,便快速出現發熱。此是否視為達至固定之時間或產生適當黏合強度水準之時間允許最終使用者增加總成製造之產出量。最終,發熱期間所達到在較低最大溫度轉換為安全環境,其中最終使用者實踐其商品且減少損害黏合基板之可能。表 I

Claims (15)
- 一種黏著劑組合物,其包含:(a)部分A,其包含:(i)(甲基)丙烯酸組分;(ii)固化促進劑,在結構 A 內
其中X為C1-20烷基、C2-20烯基或C7-20烷芳基,藉由選自-OH、-NH2或-SH之一或多個基團官能化;Y為C1-20烷基、C2-20烯基或C7-20烷芳基,其後三者中之任一者可間雜有一或多個雜原子或藉由選自-OH、-NH2或-SH中之一或多個基團官能化;或X及Y一起形成具有5-7個環原子之碳環;Z為O、S或NX',其中X'為H、C1-20烷基、C2-20烯基或C7-20烷芳基,其後三者中之任一者可間雜有一或多個雜原子或藉由選自-OH、-NH2或-SH之一或多個基團官能化;R為存在或不存在,但當存在時可在芳族環上出現至多3次且當存在時為C1-20烷基、C2-20烯基或C7-20烷芳基,其後三者中之任一者可間雜有一或多個雜原子或藉由選自-OH、-NH2或-SH之一或多個基團官能化;且n為0或1;及z為1-3;(iii)熱塑彈性體;及(iv)反應性酸/酯組分;以及(b)部分B,其包含: (i)環氧樹脂組分;(ii)氧化劑;及(iii)塑化劑。 - 如請求項1之組合物,其中部分B進一步包含(iv)嵌段共聚物。

- 如請求項1之組合物,其中部分B中之該環氧樹脂組分為雙酚A環氧氯丙烷環氧樹脂。
